Ingredients:
Paneer (crumbled)- 200 gms
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Carrot- 1/4 cup
Onion- 1/4 cup
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice -1 tsp
All purpose flour -1/3 cup
Salt to taste
Cooking oil to fry
For Curry:
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic - 8 cloves
Cashew - 8
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt top taste
Fresh cream - 2 tsp
Black cardamom - 1
Cinnamon Stick - 1 inch
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

I just made it today, and it turned out so good, my home was filled with the aroma of it, so rich in taste and texture, just one thing i felt was koftas was little hard I don’t know why but the taste was good, also the gravy gets thick by time so it’s better if we keep it a lil liquidy initially, thanks for the amazing n yum recipe❤️

Hello mam. I have previously tried few of your recipies and shared reviews of how it turned out. I tried this recipe last night and it tasted amazing. Everybody loved it. I had carrots so in the kofta mixture i added grated carrots instead of capsicum and it tasted just amazing. Its one of thr easiesr recipies and recommend everybody to try it out.
