    Good video BUT please rinse that well! The Ph is about 11 and that's why it cuts the grease. After applying it you need to rinse well. So that would including that couch you spray it on rinse with a rag. Also the shower drain it says to let it sit then run lots of fresh water down to rinse it out of your pipes.
    Good video but read the box people. You need to rinse it well or it could cause unintentional damage.

    I've made my own laundry detergent with super washing soda for years. I use fels napha bar soap and borax. I also make my dish washer detergent with super washing soda and baking soda and borax. Works great.

    I use my empty spice bottles (like from seasoned salt) for cleaning powder shakers...FREE! ... Just be sure to soak the label off and relabel so nobody gets mixed up. 💖🌞🌵😷

    I sprinkle regular baking soda and some water on stuck on grease on pans. It just comes off because grease is acidic and baking soda is alkaline.

    My DIY laundry soap is the BEST EVER -- shake up 1/2 cup each of borax and Super Washing Soda in a gallon of very hot water (I add about a quart at a time, then shake after each addition to dissolve particulates). When you get close to the top of the jug, add 1/2 cup of original blue Dawn dish soap and toggle gently til it mixes in. 1/2 cup for top loaders, 1/4 cup per load for high efficiency machines. This cleans better than Tide, Gain or ALL, even removes marinara stains from placemats and napkins. I use washing soda, Castile soap, and Oxy Clean in my DIY toilet bowl cleaner, works like a charm.

      @@4tun8nanette In a quart of water mix 1/4 cup each -- borax, Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda, knockoff Oxy Clean, citric acid, and either Dawn dish soap or Castile soap. Dawn is less expensive and works well. Dissolve the dry ingredients in small amounts of hot water at a time (careful, the citric acid becomes downright explosive when wet). Then add the soap and toggle gently to mix. Squirt under the rim and in the bowl, let sit for 10 minutes, then brush.

      Is this for HE washers?

    • @jrj9825
      @jrj9825 Před 2 měsíci

      I just saw that it was for HE washers, but it must be the lack of coffee and finding it hard to understand the recipe. Is it only a half a cup of each and then the bottle is filled up with water and Dawn???

    Thank you for this! I’ve been trying to find more natural ways of cleaning! The stopper in the bathroom sink... I pull that out at least once a month. The hair gets caught and it starts to stink. I have to get that hair out. Lol
