Chef Jamal, you are a truly master chef of fine dining. I am not easily impressed, but you truly have created and mastered what fine dining is all about. Your unique cuisine creation and presentation are unsurpassed. The passion, time, and skill that you dedicated to each master piece of art/cuisine is unmatched by any other. Many fine dining restaurants are very expensive, but the food is average, placing a high $$$$ amount on a cuisine does not make fine dining. One day if I happen to be in NY and my wallet allows me to experience your master creations, I will be the first person in line to reserve a table. Applauds and a standing ovation to you CHEF JAMAL!
