You definitely want to check that spring water , untreated springs are largely considered unsuitable as a drinking water source. Anyone considering drinking spring water should boil it for several minutes or use special water treatment filters prior to consumption

It’s a shame that they are going to ruin that acreage.
Springs used for drinking water have various zones to protect water quality. So your land use could be very restricted for drinking water and could extended even beyond your property.
thats why they need to do this lake thing properly or maybe thats why the previous owner sold it.
@@hungryalien I have found governmental regulations in riparian rights to be too overbearing, restrictive and redundant. However in this case I agree with you that a good engineer and quality designer will be worth their weight in gold to guarantee a good outcome for this project.

When they began the farm project, I suggested hiring a soil engineer to advise them regarding permitting and possible limitations in the local environment.

@@hein228 You didn't listen, I guess. The water that is flowing from their land is going into other areas. Which obviously you do not want contaminated. As water is a valuable resource. Ofcourse the government is going to be butthurt about it. That water is too clean to mess with. IF it is drinkable water then I'm glad the city is being cautious.

There was Gingium's Rally Miata. First he lifted it. Then he supercharged it. Then he intercooled the supercharger with a hood scoop. Then he completely disassembled it and gave it an Impreza's engine and AWD driveline and made it longer. Then he added a sick dump pipe that let it sound out the boxer roar without being deafening at a cruise. Then he sold it to someone who had the spare time to enjoy it. That car was seriously awesome.

It’s possible that natural spring water is safe to drink. But you might want to have it tested in case. I’d probably filter the water before anything just to be on the safe side.

I hope that you have looked into all the permits that you will need to build your race track. SXSblog was shut down here in Michigan by the local government. If you can't build a race track on your land maybe you can find a race track that already exists and buy that like Cleetus did. Just a thought.
