Peroneal Tendonitis manifests as a pain either on the side of the ankle or at the front of the ankle. It is often caused by excessive running, or running on uneven terrain. This short video guide shows you how to apply Kinesiology Tape to help support your ankle and relieve discomfort associated with Peroneal Tendonitis. You will require two pieces of tape for this technique - one long and one short. For application and position, take a look at our video.

Doesn’t follow the Peroneal tendon along the 5th media-tarsal around the ankle or underneath the foot to the base of the 1st media-tarsal. 🤷🏻♂️

I have a knot below my ankle but more to the center of the side of my foot. I dont know if its perineal tendonitis or not . I have the kt tape. I wish someone could help diagnose this. I am in terrible pain. No insurance.
