Hi I have a question, What type of paper do you use with your DNP RX1HD printer. Is it a plain glossy 4 x 6 or the breakaway 4 x 6.
I’m currently using the breakaway 4 x 6 and I’m having problems my print is going across the breakaway what do you suggest thanks

Hola. Cuando trato de imprimir el tamaño 6x8 no imprime. Pero el tamaño 4x6 si. Que falta para ue imprima Ese tamaño

Hi, a pitty, that your RX1 did not last so long, but DNP has a 2 year warranty on their printer. Dont you have a distributor in your country, that can fix this problem? I am sorry, we are settled in Germany, we also repair the sold printers in house, so I would recommend to you, that you contact your distributor in your country.
