Hey Guys, DVF Automotive for another video, today i took another car from my work and this is a Citroën C4 with the 1.6 diesel engine with 120bhp, in this video i do the first test drive to see if the car runs good and if everything works properly.
This car is very nice, a perfect everyday hatchback.

My first Citroen and my fourth french car. After buying this Citroen I can honestly say I will never want german cars. It is just perfect(for me)
C4 II 1.6hdi is a very comfortable and quiet car. I used to have one and a liked it a lot.
Who is best comfortable car ? Peugeot Citroen or Audi wv ?

Lovely car, stylish, comfortable and very economical.
I got a 1.6 diesel which is averaging 67mpg, on a recent long motorway run it returned over 80mpg.
Even at 70 miles per hour, it does about 1800 rpm in 5th gear.
When it comes to cars they're like love interests, you never forget your first one. I will never sell my little 2012 c4 hatchback. I still drive it to this day, and while it is so extremely niche, it is genuinely a great car. The only thing I'd change is the automatic transmission that came with mine, it's absolutely horrible.. But that just adds to the fun honestly

Génial ça, nous avons aussi une c3 mais 1l6 hdi 90 cv de 2010 la phase 2 la nouvelle elle est superbe la c4 doit l’être encore plus. Je suis full psa 😁
@@nerti5970 Moi aussi je suis pro PSA et en particulier citroën, j'ai test la C1 : super cool à Paris, la C3 j'ai faillis la prendre mais finalement c'est la C4, j'ai appris à conduire sur une C5 tourer et je regarde la C6 avec des yeux d'émerveillement, un jour je vais craquer. Ah et pour finir j'ai grandis avec deux xsara dont une exclusive dans la cour ça ma un peu conditionné j'ai l'impression 😅
Génial ça, ah oui la c6 elle est sublime 😍 j’ai pu la tester un week-end y’a 10 ans avec le v6 hdi elle marcher fort. Moi j’aime bien Citroën mais je suis plus particulièrement Peugeot j’ai eu 405,406 et la 407 depuis 11 ans j’adore cette voiture elle est increvable en 2.0 hdi 136 cv. Prochaine étape dans quelques temps la 508 restylee gt Line 2.0 bluehdi 😍😉👍🏻

At this video your maximum speed was exactly at 130 km/h.
Does this left indicator that suggest to put in higher gear when you accelera enough, works with same indicator when you slow down (6-5-4-3-2-1)? And does it have hill hold assistant, or it depends of model of C4? I'm in dilemma between Peugeot 3008 (2012) and C4 (2016) which fits in my budget. Any helpful info? Thanks

Can someone comment on how does this car compare to the Peugeot 308 mk1?
I've owned mk1 308gti and mk2 C4 1.6hdi,and I can say C4 is rather comfortable with its mild suspension setup, handling character is very similar though.
My impression after owning both cars are that pf2 platform, which both 308 and c4 sit on doesn't provide nimble handling compared to other cars I've driven in long term(Suzuki sx4 mk1, mini mk2).

Va dans une casse :) Il y a toujours une ou deux C4 II qui traînent :)
Je n'avais pas de haut parleur dans une portière, j'ai pu en trouver un à la casse pour 5€ !

Was expecting way more in terms of design from Citroen, not a single hint of sportiness on the outside, totally dull design and invisible car. I guess they are pushing DS and making way for Peugeot to regain sales.
It isnt a sport car so maybe that is why it doesnt have sportiness. The car is almost 10 yo so if you wonder about the design check on the one from VW Golf.
@@fabiomoscadelli7564 It's not a truck either, sportiness of design doesn't have anything to do with if the car is sports car or not, it's a design language. This one simply communicates "slow". Are you implying that cars older than 10 years never looked sporty and good? The previous C4 looked sporty and had strong lines.
