could you help me with a question Aaron?? (I've always really loved the name Aaron btw) anyways the question is you were talking about making youtube videos daily and that you must have been tapping into a parallel reality..something along those lines.. well I've been writing (stories & poems especially) since I was like 10 yrs old or so (i'm 33 now) and at some point i began to dream that one day I would publish my work and become a loved and known author like JK Rowling.. and that's one dream that no matter what I can't seem to forget or let go of...does this mean that there is a parallel reality im tapping into? If i can dream of it that means i can also achieve it or that in another reality i already have achieved it?
my grandmother was inher early 70s when her doctor told her that she had roughly 12 months to live. he told her this because she refused to remain on the dozens of prescription drugs he was telling her to take... she told him that she felt that he was wrong but either way, she'd rather die NOT on drugs now than to live long and dependant on drugs. she outlived the doctor that told her that. she transitioned when she was 93.

And doctors are dumb. And we are now seeing how dumb with the mass die offs occurring since people started taking the pokey thing that shall go unnamed. My Mom trusted her doctor and died shortly after full of b-clots.
This makes me think of the quote “Be the change you want to see in the world”, and gives it a deeper meaning. Tune into a higher frequency version of yourself, and you’ll manifest higher frequency versions of people and things in your life.
I've been watching content about reality shifting and started thinking the same bout that quote!
Oh how I wish that were true, today I walked past a topless lady in her car pouring water over her head having a wash sat in the drivers seat of her car, then I had breakfast in a café where a pixie guy was talking about his staff anchoring him to the ground so that he could project out into the universe, then an old lady in a car pulls up next to me and my parked motorcycle and starts shouting 11 & 12 while pointing at me??? I have no clue what I am manifesting in my life but it seems pretty FUBAR to me???
@@moorshound3243 I believe manifesting is more subtle and slow, something that starts small, and years later you can see the true power based on where you’ve arrived. It’s both the mindset and desires you have, and the actions you take that influence what you manifest. Mindset manifests opportunities, and then action on those opportunities is what propels you forward. Can’t have one without the other.

I’ve had a similar experience. My car started spinning out of control on a wet road. As I was about to crash into the mountain side, I felt such a strong force push my car back and bring it to a stop. This was in peak morning traffic and somehow there were no cars (I was in the oncoming lane at that point) and somehow I could just turn my car and continue on. Will never forget it as long as I live. Felt like angelic beings helped me that day

I experienced the same thing. Someone up there is watching over me and protecting me all time. About 20 years ago, I was driving home one night and my car was lost control on freeway when I was trying to dodge a deer. Right before I saw the deer, I actually saw the deer in my mind eyes 5 minutes before that. There's a inner voice said to me to slow down the speed because there's a deer ahead.

I had the same experience. I was in line to be in a pile up on a busy highway. As I saw the car 2 cars up crash I simply moved to the next lane, quickly assuming it would be better to be rear ended than to hit the car up front head on,. The car in the next lane also swerved and I kept driving. It was like watching a movie, I felt completely out of control of everything. It just happened.

Everything he says is true. I been using his advice and guidance for about 4yrs now as confirmation that I’ve been shifting into the reality I desired. So far I’ve gotten most of everything I wanted with little efforts.

Thankyou Aaron, i'm a 72 year old woman, very much a free spirit, very independent, travelling the world alone and speneding my time bewteen my two homes, New Zealand and Thaialand .... I've been following you for several years now, I've seen you mature into the wonderful teacher you are now, and I love what you do. I can connect with you in a totally ageless way!! I've gone through many parralell universes, or reincarnations of myself in this life. My journey to where I am now began several decades ago. Its been extremely difficult and scary at times but i just kept going, putting one foot in fron of the other. Amazing story even if I do say so myself. Many 'mystical' expereinces even though I still call myself an openminded skeptic!! I dont just take stuff on as soon as I hear about it. I need to test things out first. But ive discovered that mystical expereinces do happen if we are open to them and they have the power to change our lives in miraculous ways. Once upon a time I had no idea I was an extention of source energy, able to create the life I wanted. But when i found out about the law of attraction in 1983 i embraced it fully! It wasnt called LOA back then. Anyway long story short I'm a completely different person in mind, body spirit to the person i used to be. Ive gone from someone who was completely unfit, total couch potato, no exercise, using sex and drugs and food to numb my pain. I've gone from being twice the size i am now, full of self loathing and emotional pain to someone who is super fit, in amazing shape and full of love for this amazing creation that I am! But I'm always ready to go further along the path so I just did the meditation you suggested. Beautiful!! My spinning globe was super colourful!! I think I need to get a tatoo of it!! Two years ago I had amazing experience where I seen my mom who passed and we were able to speak through our thoughts. After that my body was buzzing with energy for days and my grief was healed it was so magical and beautiful ❤

43 yrs ago in 1980, I drowned ! I always felt that version of me died at 12 yrs old ! Four 12 yr olds boogie boarding..my ankle got caught inside the the rope loop used to handle. This happened in a canal with cement walls. A 95 pound boy climbed up the iron bar that held the rope..& pulled my drowning body up enough to untie me! I was released! As I was breathing in water..I knew I was gonna die! But I came loose! Miracle..yes! But I always felt I fell into this current universe! I sometimes think of the other me ! & how sad that family were that day ! But here I am with the family that still loves me today.
I believe this happens to everyone when they die. You just shift over without noticing.
Wow I see and Understand. I had similar experience with fireworks. On New years eve when everyone was shooting fireworks I have remember standing next to the wall with my cousin(I was maybe 15 and my cousin 6). I remeber seeing this firework flying straight into us yet I felt this energy and the firework itself started to move in slow motion within my perception. Then I fast pushed my cousin next to the wall and covered her with my body. The firework exploded somewhere next to us yet I was lucky wearing my grandmas thick leathery coat and hoody so no damage was done just a bit ringing in the ears. Yep there is a force that protects unwanted experiences... 🙏🌺
I closed my eyes and pictured the business I want to have incorporating all my skills I’ve learned to the next step of my healer journey . I’ve did this many times but this time when I did I felt an energy , I could feel myself in my place and helping people and tears just started coming out this strange tingly twinge started in my eyes then I could feel it in my heart .

I think I've done this, unknowingly, a few times in my life. For example, once, my baby daughter was very ill. I was completely unable to accept it, even the doctors in the ER, were shocked by my unwillingness to accept it. I couldn't live in a world without her. Long story short,.. She miraculously recovered, very quickly. And 2 other specific times as well, one of which, changed the entire course of my life. I never quite understood how i did that, until I heard you explain this theory. So thank you. I am enjoying the hell out of your channel btw. Keep these videos coming!!

years ago my brother in law found out he had a very aggressive cancer and it spread to like 3 or 4 other areas of his body; they told him it would be deadly, and he said No, I am not going to die and would not get into the "sick" mindframe and focused on health and started seeing a nutritionist, got all the therapies with the mindset that he is healing, not sick...ff years later, it's now 2023, he is cancer free and guess what? he is in the medical field- helping people with cancer get well!!
thats so crazy i had a similar experience while driving with my brother, we both almost got into a head on collision, and so we just braced for impact, ducked, and I slammed the breaks. when we looked up we were the only car on the road, and I looked at him and said "did we just die?". everyone thinks we are crazy, but then I'm hearing stories that people went through it too! glad we both jolted to the same timeline haha

Been walking around with a fractured leg, MR scan shows no healing has taken place yet, and doctors keep asking me how I can walk without crutches...
I envisioned myself walking around happy and painfree after I injured myself and that has been my reality. Shifting into a parallel reality works!❤️
That's awesome. ❤ Once you shift completely, your MRI scan will show your leg completely healed. And when they ask you how you healed so quickly, you can tell them it's the placebo effect- so they don't think you had a nervous breakdown lol.

Aaron you are speaking facts. It’s happened to me too. I was in a situation where someone I completely trusted betrayed me. When I found out what she did, she was right in front of me. I wanted to murder her. She was right there and I went for her & I couldn’t move. Something was holding me back. She saw my face and saw I couldn’t move but I was trying to go after her. She took her chance and ran out of my apartment. I was still there so angry that I couldn’t even move. Then I felt the most loving and peaceful feeling all around me. I just dropped and calmed down. My life could have been changed forever and lost everything if I could have moved. I still can’t explain it. It’s my higher self or something watching over me. I started working on my anger issues immediately. 😆

I want to give my testimony also. I have been doing your meditations sice 2018 and they always help me so much. I have used them for several different reasons. One of them is to become a fitness and healthy person. I literally changed all my behavior towards food and exercise. Now I exercise every single day and I love it. Its is part of my identity. Is natural for me because I shifted to a relality where this is true for me. I also used it for improving my relationships in every way possible, to change my appearence, to change many man many different outcomes. It always works. Thank you so much

I hope I can do that too as a male. Life is shifting into many periods and each period can be good or bad. This is probably the lowest vibration I've been into. So I hope things can get only better.
I feel like I’m on a spiritual treasure hunt! I keep finding myself coming across these beautiful nuggets of information. I always thought it was just adhd that caused me to jump from thing to thing, but when I tapped into my inner guidance, it’s like this intuitive treasure map appeared. It’s so exciting! 🎉
I have seen 1000 realities in a few seconds and I realized that we are only seeing the frames that we wanted to see and that there are many more frames or realities that happen, but we don’t ever see them happening. I believe that this reality is of my own making(same as it is yours) and so I watch my words and thoughts. I also believe that God, which we are all a part of, is letting us have what we think about, whether we are having good or bad thoughts(just depends on how much energy we give it.)
I had a pretty strange experience about parallel realities, I still really don't know what to make of it. Me and my friend planned to go on a motorbike trip, about a 3-4 hour drive to a town up in the mountains. We prepared everything, and just as I was about to get on my bike I noticed a bunch of scratches down one side, including my helmet.. it was impossible to get scratches like this without sliding across a hard surface. I showed my friend and we both thought it was strange, but jumped on our bikes and took off anyway. While up in the mountain it started to rain, there were a lot of steep slopes and windy bends. Along with the wet road it seems my tire hit an oil patch, I wasn't going fast but lost control of my bike and slid across the road. I was ok, just some scrapes on my leg and arm. When we checked the damage on the bike, there were absolutely no extra scratches than the ones that mysteriously appeared on my bike earlier that morning. My friend is also open minded about parallel realities, and we were both like WTF. I got goose bumps recalling this strange experience.. even though I know about timelines and parallel realities I'm still confused as to what it means.
I died and left that body but came back to a reality parallel to the one I had died in. I watched it all happen. I lived it. I saw many, possibly infinite, parallel realities in existence while I was getting closer to entering into the one I'm in now.
I have always wondered 'what if I'm dead already' and further living in another reality? And somehow your comment provides an answer to this question!

This is the most simplistic explanation I've ever heard about tuning into the frequency you desire.
THIS!!!! This gave me chillbumps. In all my studies and reading and watching and learning and meditation, even all the mainstream ideas and doctrines, Hollywood films, self-help guru's 12step plan, philosophers and teachers revelations, I've never locked onto this concept but there it was the entire time! In all explanations there it was hiding in plain sight. "Those who have eyes to see, let them see. Those who have ears to hear, let them hear." This would explain.... Well, everything!

Sooo I’m going to try to summarize this extremely profound, to say the least, experience to the best of my ability.
In 2020 I was facing/ESPing/premonitioning a breakup & I didn’t like how deeply I felt it was effecting me.
I cast out an intention of how Ide love to feel , how it would feel -to have all sources of happiness for me, have nothing to do with a relationship.
As I made my bed, I started listening to your parallel reality meditation, but you weren’t even 2 words into the intro when I got -my first ever alternate reality download.
Loads of info, came to me in a millisecond -an entire world.
I opened my laptop for the first time in years and over 17 pages of info came out of me in minutes -none of which I was creating, but was given access to.
A reality where my mom, had not passed when I was 11, therefore all the other events that followed, also didn’t happen, and my state of being was 1 I had never experienced in my life.
Due to the earlyness of my sudden and extreme trauma, I didn’t truely realize until that moment, of seeing from another reality, how it had me sort of grow, from a kink if you will -so the tree didn’t grow straight up but more to the side and up, and always sort of , limping through life not knowing any other way.
What’s interesting is I always had a kink in my lower right back -and btw Ide been a LOA coach for years that taught monthly classes etc, so it’s not that I didn’t give it my all lol.
Long story short, the state of being I felt in the other reality, I didn’t know existed -to anyone else that version of me looked average/normal -yet to me I had no idea that balance existed until I experienced it in that download.
This opened up an entire world to me, and I created a yt channel to shed light on alternate realities and how to utilize them, and Cynthia Sue Larson(the queen of alt reality studies) found me -and she happens to look IDENTICAL to my mom lol, to the point where to this day it takes months for me to respond to her lol even though she’s my favorite person!
(But I was so ready to delve into that with her, for the sake of the world opening their minds trust me lol)
Anyway like Aaron, I too, dip into the esoteric publicly, and still have some vids to put out, when I feel the collective is there.
What he says in this vid reminds me of Donald Hoffman’s work, (who Cynthia interviews) which I adore, and I married his principles to LOA & Alternate realities/parallel realities very similarly to how Aaron does it -& even wrote an article years ago on marrying LOA to Parallel Realities etc, & when I discovered Donald’s workc it also tied in /showed me what this simulated universe really is, with LOA, & Parallel realities etc.

I had a very similar experience not once but twice during my 70-mile commute and it happened 1 mile and 2 yrs apart.
I was about to have a head on collision but as we are hitting, I fractalized into multi fractals in slow motion as we merge through each other and come out the other side untouched.
Both times I had to pull off the road to compose myself, feeling my chest, arms, face etc. to make sure I was still in physical form, while looking up asking, "what the hell just happened.."
The strange thing for me were the colors I fractalized into, they were pale, almost dull colors, golden hues, of soft yellows, purples, oranges, pinks, and whites, what was odd was the dullness, because most of my AP or travels are of vibrant colors we don't have in this reality, colors I've never seen in the physical form, colors that are alive with intelligence.
But during these two experiences, the colors appeared alive enfolding me, cocooning me, but were more dull golden tones, than the vibrant ones I normally visualize during my experiences.

When Covid started and not knowing where the world was going to go, I started hoarding food being ready for the worst. One day I realize that’s what I was giving my attention to, so that is what was going to happen. I change my focus. Tick-tock did not show those kind of videos anymore doomsday videos on my page anymore.
I just randomly came across this video and started listening and as you got to the part about the what happened in 2012 I had to sit down because I had almost the exact same experience some years ago. It felt like you were telling the story the same way I have told it on the couple of times I’ve tried to explain it. And I eventually came to the same conclusion about parallel realities and also started delving into this spiritual work. That’s quite interesting we had such a similar experience. This sounds like the research of Vadim Zealand and the books he wrote about "Transsurfing" meaning that we can choose which reality we want to live in because all exists at the same time.
Omg! Your experience with the truck was the same thing that happened to me!! As I was turning left through two lanes of traffic and on a median, I pulled in front of a fast moving car. I realized I was going to get hit badly. But then all of a sudden, I was safe and I looked around me and I was behind that car. It made a huge impression on me as being a supernatural event.
I was in the multi-verse. He is absolutely correct about the jolt. You can also reach this when you take a meditation and an afternoon nap and when you reach the theta state, you will feel a body jolt. This is you slipping onto a parallel universe and when you wake up, you always have an improved condition in your life it’s best not to go look for it. This is the portal into the 4D if you want to get into the 4D, you have to embrace divinity, and everything spiritual you must reject, and the law of attraction is opened up with no limitations. You can’t get into the 4D without doing your shadow work the shadow is spirituality, and all of its forms that is so intertwined.
I've also had this experience. It's uncanny that you mention the afternoon nap as that's exactly how it happened for me. I took a walk in the woods one afternoon after completing a job and then decided to take a quick nap before continuing work. I didn't snooze for too long--maybe half an hour or so when I felt something like an explosion in the area of my third eye which jolted me awake. It wasn't painful but rather felt like something had cracked open in my brain. I awoke in this elevated state where I felt like I was floating. I've never been so happy and at peace. Compelled to go outside, I ended up walking to this spot not too far from home where there's an incredible view of Mohonk Mountain House. Just as I was reaching the peak, I looked up and saw a huge barred owl gazing at me from a tree. This ecstatic state lasted for about three hours.

I’m so happy you shared your experience, I have a very, very similar experience on a freeway and it was also in 2012. The way I have come to understand it through my dream-jumping (not sure what else to call it), is that we get “bumped” to the nearest parallel universe. As we go through life, our other parallel selves consolidate by “dying” in their universe, until there is only one of us left which contains the parts of our soul that were in those universes. Upon our death, which we have previously decided when building the blueprint for our life here, we get to see and understand all the parallel lives we lived as if it was our personal experience because technically, it was. I hope that made sense. 😅

I've been wanting to date this girl for about three years. On Dec 11th 2022, I was having a complete meltdown about it and crying. I went to bed and felt the most comforting feeling penatrate me and I felt the phrase "It's not time yet".
I now look forward to the day when I come back to this video and say "it's time, it happened."

I appreciate this. I had two things like this happen. Someone actually saw me appear on the highway in front of them (and I felt like I was going to transport).
They wouldn’t let it go. They kept insisting I just appeared.
I also was aware a tree was going to fall on me (saw it happening before it did) and get something hold me back.
7 seconds later a 70mph wind came down, pulled a 40 foot tree up by the roots and dropped it right where I would have been if I ignored it and kept going.
i have been having this strong feeling of changing reality as it is for myself for a while but it became so strong now that today is my very first day of complete change, all about thoughts, feelings, beliefs and pretty much what is on teh remote is on change and its going faster and much more smoothly than i thought it would. And today, the very first day, this video appeared in my recommend as soon as i opened the youtube page, the first video i watched in my first day of the journey and the second video will be the meditation one you mentioned. this made me understand stuff a bit differently yet showed me i am in the right path (or at least better than i thought i was)

Thank you Aaron so much. One year ago I didn't understand what you said about all that energy and vibration. After practicing and practicing, I finally realise in the past years I was in the super low vibration and now trust we can shift the 3D reality into the status we want with high vibration.
This makes sense. 1. A person said that MAYBE a lot of people die after retiring because they say "I want to retire and then do NOTHING", so the body hears that and stops functioning.
2. When I was 12, I met a girl who was my opposite, and we both are empaths. Near her I felt this thing of frames per second you said. Since we both had some more sensibility, near her I felt O could grasp this moving shifting reality more than with other people. It was like a mirror in front of a mirror, which gave a "special" vision.
Like faith, spirituality, being grounded in who you are in perfection, everything around us is manifestation

Amazing content! Thank you; I've had fibromyalgia for eighteen years. I healed myself and help others to the same. But yes! In the here and the now you can shift to a version of you that is living an active life without having to deal with al the pain of being chronically ill.

I'm there with the fibro right now. Trying to work my way out of it. I don't know if it's similar to what you've done but I keep telling myself I'm not in pain, and visualise myself full of energy and pain free. Started daily meditation and boosting my vitamins and minerals. It's only been a few weeks but I will keep going with it. I can live a better life and I know it. Blessings to you for helping others.
@@alfonzo7822 life = live. Visualizing will probably not help. Because things need to change on a more inner state of being and if you understand the purpose of why you have it and what you can do to transform it. Then things will become so clear to you. I wish you all the healing that you need.

This happened to me once!! I was leaning on the telephone pole as a child. A car skidding wrapped its front end around it and I heard loud noises and then was on my hands and knees on the ground away from the pole and wreck, untouched!! The driver kept asking about the little girl per the ppl that found me in the crowd after I had tried disappearing

Very similar thing happened to me also 4 yrs ago. After a very harsh period in my life illness combined with depression and anxiety lead to a switch in consciousness and in a matter of minutes or seconds everything changed. Like everything was the same, but nothing felt the same anymore with small differences in let's say how I remembered different events in my life and how my family remembered the same ones. I though I lost my mind, but I was sure 100% about all the memories I had, and one red flag was that friends and fam remembered totaly different the same events. Ofc beside I felt a huge shift, like I died in one reality and melted into another very similar one. This lead also to habbits change, like diet, and day by day habbits with a more cosciousness aproach. All this simply natural. So yes when I saw your video I instantly felt connected with the info in it. Ty for sharing it with us. 💕

Oh my gosh Aaron! I had a very similar experience in which I was driving the I 5 in Washington State heading to SeaTac airport to pick up my son and his boyfriend who were visiting me for Christmas Holiday. I just got done saying my Violet Flame Decrees in which I tend to do on long drives and I called in the cosmic diamond divine white and golden lights to surround me and I called in Archangel Michael for protection etc… well it was in the middle of the night and much to my surprise, I realized my lane was getting cut off by those orange and white pylons (I was in the left lane and cement pillars dividing highway) I went to see if I could transfer to right lane but 2 semi-trucks were coming up fast right behind me- I had nowhere to go but to hit the pylons or get hit by the semi-trucks I screamed out: “Spirit, what do I do?” And in an instant something happened and I noticed both semi trucks ahead of me about 1/4 mile and I was shaking -my vehicle was shaking - I was scared and wide awake 👀 and was trying to understand what just happened myself? What I was able to gather was that -that point of time was a possible “exit” point I could have taken but I thought that would be horrible for my son to learn upon visiting me on Christmas vacation from college for him- That experience blew my mind and I felt Archangel Metatron had warped time to help save me and a tragedy from happening. I feel very blessed to have been a saved and helped and also to understand the power of time and timelines and realities. Amazing! 🎉❤😊
