How to Create non Destructive Insets without addons | Blender Quick Tutorial for Beginners

In this video, I show you how to create insets in Blender without using any addons.
Here, I follow a non destructive workflow, which retains the geometry of the core 3d model and adds levels of detail using modifiers. In Blender 3D, these modifiers are primarily: array, boolean, solidify, bevel, subdivision and lattice.
For game development and 3d printing, using non destructive modifiers makes it easier to optimize the 3d models later down the road.
