According to the animated series I've watched, deceased avatars never killed Aang's enemies. it was according to what the woman said that she was only showing Aang the power of the Avatar. The deceased avatar's task has actually been completed, because Aang has not yet mastered the 4 elements, Kyoshi is forced to fight to protect the island. Killing enemies who threaten the lives of many innocent people is the duty of a living avatar, r u get it?

Actors do Dialect lessons.
That's why you see british actors speak with an american accent instead of their bri'ish intonations. Example: Anya Taylor-Joy- Spanish accent leaks sometimes but her british accents comes out during interviews.
And most Canadian actors (whish a lot of these casts are) doesn't have any distinct accents.
