You have valid points but this sponsors will not tell you about their nepotism and favouritism of shifts. I am currently a domicillary career with an African sponsor. Her relatives only work at supported living where they make 15 to 12 hours a day while others have to spend 16hours driving over 130 miles a day to have only 7hours😢. Her relatives do not work weekends and others work every weekend. They hardly give new employees proper training. Untrained careers are shadowing new careers and your expect excellent service

well if we have 7days in a week, i think if you have good reason why you cant work on a particular day. like 2 days in a week that you have a kids that cant go to school everyday. so telling your employer about it i dont think its bad now abi????
