- It's no longer news that a lot of care agencies are struggling with providing their staff shifts and getting care contracts for themselves. So, do be cautious when approached with an offer that sounds too good to be true.

Hi kess, thanks for another informative video as always. Alittle back story, a colleague of mine hasn't been working for his primary employer for a yr now, infact their license has been revoked 2 months age but he has been working 20hrs with our agency, 2 days before his 60 days was to expire he applied for a fee waiver, as he hasn't found a new COS yet, pls is he now an illegal immigrants? Secondly, will he be granted a new visa and will he be able to switch his family if he gets a new COS?
Pls ur reply will help alot as he is a shadow of himself because of worry.
Thank ma as always
Hello Elaine. You're most welcome 😊. Why did he wait till 2 days before his 60 days were to expire ? His best bet is to seek advice from a solicitor and take it from there. Most importantly, have faith that everything will work out for good. He should also look at Ireland and Germany. You never know. I wish him all the best.
I don't get it,you can't work for overtime in the UK,only the stipulated working hours for the employer who sponsored you ?
You can do more than your contracted hours for your sponsor. The only flip side is the tax man.
@@beingacarerwithkessam planning to transition in health care jobs, since you are conversant with the UK.l need advice,l came across an agency based in the UK.ACE healthcare limited recruiting nurses and carers to work in the UK,how legit is this agency ?
@jeniferetole Look them up on the government website. Then, go to their website to check when they started business.
