Our daughter lives with my wife and I. We live in a 55+ community in Orlando. My daughter works a full time job, but she helps me when it’s more beneficial to me. I just recently had my 7th spine surgery including my 4th fusion. She pays us rent and we split groceries. She helps me up and gets me medications. She is very helpful. ❤
My 41 year old son has been with me for the past year as I battled increasingly brutal pain and paralysis in my legs. Finally, in February, it was traced to a tumor on my spinal cord, which has been missed by the Doc I had been following. I'm recuperating from surgery now, and I would not have made it without him.

During my childhood in the late 50s then 60s, my dad wrote down every single penny he gave me in a notebook, until I moved out. He and my stepmom got me into rehab when I was 27 and I paid them back every penny and my dad got to see me get the first masters degree in our family. 😊
