Making a new drawbar mount for my Kubota L4060 and having Tim test it with his 10' mower

- @TractorTimewithTim extended the invitation to me to come out with my tractor and see if it would work with his 10' Rhino mower .... well after a few short little modifications (mainly a new, lower drawbar mount) I felt I was ready to go ... so I drive to Indiana and tested out my tractor.

Hi Zila, What a great upgrade! I just went from an L2501 to an L4060. I use it for construction more than than farming and man what a huge difference. I made a big ballast counter weight and had the tires filled with rim guard. I can't believe how much more stable this tractor is.
I believe it ! the l2501 I believe has the same transmission than Tims LX3301 ... I dont like how it get feedback though the cable into the pedal ... the L4060 is SOO much more tractor .. I have the tires filled as well LOVE the tractor. it could always have a little wider front axle (like the L4760) or a few more HP ... but the 4060 is a good size so you can still get it in places and you can still tow it around whiteout needing a semi truck or a gooseneck trailer all the time ....
@@ZILAwelds mine is lx3310. I don't think it is the same as the "01" series. ...but you are right! L4060 is MUCH more tractor than the LX3310!
@@TractorTimewithTim my dealer told me that the lx 25 and 33 have the same transmission as l2501 l3301 and l3901… 🤷♂️
@@ZILAwelds Yep. L2501, L3301, and L3901. Different series from LX2610 and LX3310. We have the LX 3310 (ten, not zero-one).
....wait, what? I re-read your comment more closely. Your dealer says LX and L have same transmission? That seems impossible. They look totally different sized from the outside!

thanks ! we'll see. - in the past I get about 300-400 subscribers every time I make a collaboration video like this ....even making collars with Cleetus mc Farland (he had over 2 million subs I gained about 400+ ..... but its not all about the subscribers ... if I bring no content o boring content to the plate ... you (or others) will either unsubscribe or even if you stay subscribed you won't watch my videos .... so I have 13k subs but I only get 3k views on a video .... ?? and if I make a super interesting video I might get 50k views with 13k subs .... so its really all about "what I do with this opportunity" .... I am thankful to Tim that he gave it to me ... now its my job to do something with it ...
@@ZILAwelds I had a channel in 2011-13 appx.. Got sick of CZcams and deleted all my videos. On Social blade, I still have over 2,000 subs and haven't had a video view in 7-8 years. Old name was docdcox. People sub and just forget about it. But, I think you'll be around and will do well.
@@plainwornout3964 CZcams is a nice hobby for me. I am not planning on having a million subscribers one day .... I make a couple hundred $ per month - good enough to buy gas to make some collaboration videos and have some fun in life ...! LOL. I make videos on the topics I want - I dont really have a "set schedule" or some contracted commitment .... People either like them and watch them or they dont ... that is the best way for me personally.
komme auch von TTWT, ganz ohne Coupon Code, einfach so 😁😁 richtig, richtig gut gemacht. Ich hab's lieber auch immer etwas stabiler, auch wenn das dann vielleicht etwas overkill ist. Manchmal denke ich mir aber auch, dass solche "Schwachstellen" von Herstellern extra dort eingebaut werden, damit diese im Zweifel zuerst nachgeben, bevor man sich mehr kaputt macht. Deine Konstruktion wird wohl so schnell nicht nachgeben, eher verreckt dann was am Traktor.
