LEGO Particle Accelerator - Maximum Ball Trials

- Trying to add as many balls as possible to my LEGO Particle Accelerator. For these tests I'm using a Power Functions M-Motor running at about 33 percent of max speed.
The Particle Accelerator was part of the Bricklink Designer Program, but did not make it through the crowdfunding. Building instructions will be for sale at some point in the future.

carefull man, you're gonna make a black hole with these shenanigans
Even worse-
A NEW UNIVERSE!
@@CoraCreates boi I wanna see I alternative universe of me
*squeezes biggest lego invention with hydraulic press* as you were saying?
I’m glad to hear you will be making instructions for sale for the improved set you submitted for the Bricklink Designer Program. I backed the set and was disappointed it wasn’t selected. Looking forward to my Pursuit of Flight set in 2022.
Backed the PoF Set as well .. looking forward to starwarsifying it .. :)
Large circular particle accelerators are usually fed by synchronized pulsed linear particle accelerators. Building a mechanical timing system purely with LEGO is left as an exercise for the viewer.
The next step is add stations where the particle beam can be redirected towards experimental targets.
Say that again?
I'm looping this, this is better than rain sounds to get to sleep.
Did I just watch somebody spin Lego balls for 3 and a half minutes? Yes, do I regret any if it? No.
Exactly
Lego has no balls
You really make the best builds when it comes to awesome science
I just want to say i dont understand why lego doesnt hire this man, his builds are just something else, maybe he would be a designer for creator or tehcnic or maybe even a knew line of lego sets, lego expert? I think we can agree he would make some amazing lego sets
Imagine new kinds of physics discovered with the help of Lego particle accelerator?)
was playing some videogames but this catched my interest the most.
That pile-up was perfect, haha. Great timing with the last ball taking another lap
amazing, simply amazing!!!! why oh wow lego have not made this set is beyond me. peoples brilliance amazes me at times!!!
I'm a little bit disapointed, no new LEGO Parts from this particle collisions.
Maybe Lego alchemy will be his next project😄🤔
Man u don't know but ur the best lego guy I have ever seen in my entire life. DUDE how do u make these amazing things completely outta lego....Hats Off Great Going buddy 👍
"I never thought I'd see a Resonance Cascade, let alone create one..."
I wonder if you could do something cool with this for a GBC module. Have a ramp or gate or something that will redirect the balls back into the accelerator until they have enough speed, at which point they launch off or break through into the next module.
2:45 when I'm late to a party and everyone just stops and stares in silence...
this is one of the coolest LEGO Speed Ball Contraption around ! 👍💕💕 love it !
I don't even know what to say to this, but I'm blown away by the design! Looking forward to seeing what'll come next!
Oh now it turns into a board game !! I love it !
2:46 me completing the 400m run when all my classmates have already finished
Really neat build! Haven't seen this one before, thanks for making a video about it!
I think it is about time Brick Experiment Channel look into the accelerator idea. :D
Can we build a functional large Hadron collider with lego?
- probably their next video title. ;)
This is AWESOME!
It’s obvious, 61 is the critical mass limit before spontaneous fission. 62 is rumored to create a black brick that will consume an entire set, but it’s all theory so far.
Mesmerizing.
Very epic!
Bize Her Yer Trabzon !!! on 2.42 .Slogan of the fans of Turkish Super League champion Trabzonspor. (We use it wherever the number 61, which is the provincial license plate code of the city, is mentioned).Great video man we liked that.
That last ball made me laugh 😅
very nice
This would make a great interstellar meme
you can probably add more if you drop them all from a tube directly into the accelerator.
Good video (:
Jason ballin
Man i wish this set had been selected in Round 1......will definitely be looking for the instructions when they become available.
Be very careful. You know it might run nuts and create a giant brick hole 🤭
If you had a system to load balls and made it so the balls were going around a thin ledge so balls that would cause a pileup instead fall down and are redirected toward a lift system to be put back into the system then you could theoretically reach a higher amount of balls in the loop because the balls that don't make it in or are starting to pileup just fall down and are directed towards a system for returning them to the loading mechanism
maybe it could be possible to have a reintroduction circuit to help at least stave off the massive pile-up
Was that a Higgs boson particle that just went by?
Bricks boson
Imagine getting paid to play with legos all day.. you’re my idol
Wow cool
Cool
cool!
This would make a good ASMR video.
Notified me and my mind read it as "adding Balls to all Particle" 😂😂😂😂😂
Wicked wish I could have bought this. Will you put up instructions???
Jason, you better hope it doesn't explode and create Meta-Humans.
Maybe you can improve on the design. The LHC has two counterrotating beams to double the energy of the collisions and in case of emergencies, or to just stop the beam it has a "beam-dump" (those super fast particles have to be stopped safely!)
To prevent jamming, I'd add the balls in after the motor to allow more time for the balls to get in place after the first one is in. If possible, increasing the speed of the motor too.
Bro’s gonna create a new season of the flash
I know it's supposed to accelerate the balls as they go through each station, butis it just me or do they also accelerate with each ball added? At least until they reach a point where there's so many balls that adding a new one becomes difficult. Seemed to me once the first ball that kept getting denied was added all the rest had hit a maximum speed.
Very hypnotising hahahs
I nearly fell asleep, that sound was so theraputic! What would happen if you lined up all the balls and then turned on the motor, maybe aiding the other balls for the first couple of circuits?
dang. i was rooting for 72!
Oh, I learned about these in science class.
A-and Big Bang theory, though I don’t partake in that as much.
Could be neat to see an auto feeder mechanism. With variable feed rate.
Then convert this into a GBC module. Ehh? Ehh?
I was thinking something similar.
You spin me right round...
Surprised you didnt build a hopper to hold the balls with a gate at the end of a ramp that used a gear to raise and lower to drop the balls in 1 at a time.
Power station in home be like:
Free energy
To fix the Problem that the balls come Out you need an 2nd inner rail
It's all fun and games until you make a Lego Black Hole
this is how we figure out what dark matter is made of
so... now make another ring counterrotating, add a chamber where the two streams are allowed to collide head-on, with collecting/counting pockets in its various corners... now you begin the simulate what a particle accelerator is for!
this was clearly played in reverse
So, did you find the Higgs boson?
How does this work?
Do You Can bild a working lego at_te
Bleibled🙏
NİCE VDEO
If there’s an inner ring, max would be as much as it would fit
Bro gonna create meta humans 💀
So early CZcams is glitching
In search of the miniFiggs boson
I backed this set, too bad it did not make it to production.
What about a cartridge that could dispense all the balls at at once?
Couldn’t you just lay them out first and then start it?
You could come up with a more efficient way to drop the balls in. Im imagining something like a rail, like you see when people drop an entire pack of mentos into a cola bottle. Think you can get more than 60 Like this?
Trivia Fact: This Lego model is at Fermilab.
Ok but how and why do you have so many Lego baseballs?
I’m confused; why are the spinning
Its all fun and games until he makes *antimatter...*
Mini hadron collider be like
Did anyone track the original ball
Make me a meta human partical accelerator
FASTER!
yo my screen is turning
Ok dr wells that’s enough
3.33min later and 55 balls later
The O'rangers training facility.
Now try gently slowing it down to a stop!
nice
На самом деле та рука тоже из лего..
That’s not how a real one works
I’m early

So flawed. No wonder there's not enough finding to make it.
