- By request: From the Longings Symphonette Society 5 record set "The Best Of The Telephone Hour" this is Connie Francis singing "Zing Went The Strings Of My Heart" in front of a studio audience. NOTE!! I have been told this is from a May 1964 televised episode. This recording is re-channeled stereo. Enjoy!
MANY MANY THANKS... This is a 'live' recording from Connie Francis and is ONLY AVAILABLE ON THIS 5 LP BOXED SET. She appeared on the special on 4th May 1964. It is not an MGM recording. Please BOXSETMUSICGUY add the date of appearance confirmed as ? May 1964. The question is what would be the actual time of this, and was she introduced by whom. There is no intro to this track i know, she comes in straight... I'll look up this TV show.
