No there's no invisible deck used in it. Derren used a completely different method.
invisible deck is a gimmick deck, you dont hand them over and tell them mix it.

It's hilarious that Jonathan mentions a "forced card" at the end. But that is *precisely* how Derren did the trick.
He gave them the range 1-2 and 4-10. How is that forcing? It’s limiting. Not forcing.

That's exactly what a forced card is in magic.

Because the point is the illusion of choice. The card was forced before they even entered the room.

He uses a gimmick deck.
The 7 of hearts isn't a gimmick card and is from a real deck.
The 7 of hearts is already reversed
They're told to shuffle under the table for good reason, so it doesn't matter what card either of them have actually reversed because this card will be part of the gimmick deck, so when they reverse it, the purpose of the gimmick is being used. In this case, the fact the cards have more friction on the back.

That was a speed bump in the viewing for me too. He did that speed bump kind of thing before when he was planting suggestions by exciting parts of the brain before asking for a forced choice.
I don’t perceive the 7♥️ as forced though.

So. The deck is out of sight. The accomplices are under the table. The participants are distracted by the story... would they notice the people under the table slipping their flipped card out of the deck? Perhaps in the process of the flipping?
Recall that the participants are not expecting chicanery. Time has passed so that any sound or touch not focussed on is not forgotten... but never made into a memory in the first place.
The new card can be dropped on top or inserted as needed, and the participants will shuffle it around.
They are in on it. Simple.
