- It's much harder than it looks to balance perfectly a rocking element, let alone a 100% chocolate one, I love the way this one turned out. I'm sure it would make any kids very happy to ride and snack!

All of Gauchon’s work is great but this is on an entirely different level. Everything in the rocking horse is so delicate and precise. The hooves perfectly aligning with the base, the strength of the ankles to hold the rest of the horse. Stunning creation.
And the best part of all? You can eat literally ALL of it! It’s like Willy Wonka had a son & is carrying on the family legacy.

I swear this man is a genius!! This is what I dreamed of doing as I was in school for pastry arts! I would’ve absolutely loved to learn from him!!
He has his own Netflix reality show and it’s absolutely brilliant. AND we can all learn a little bit from there.
@@igorsoares13 Definitely one of THE best competition shows. No needless drama, no qUiRkY ingredient challenges, no assholery from judges, no eliminations just because that day was not their day. And even if they lost the pastry/confection round, they still won; literally a one-on-one or one-on-two personal lesson from him. Plus he actually helps them when they need it, even outside of that!
Amaury genuinely seems like an actually wonderful person to work with, and a quality teacher. No, actually, mentor. It's obvious he loved what he does, but it also looks like he greatly enjoys inspiring his students and building them up instead of trying to break them down.
I seriously can't wait for more of the show, but this YT channel certainly satisfies the gap! 💖

Oh my God everything is so beautiful makes me want to cry. And being a baker that tries to make hyper realistic cakes on a much smaller level I feel like when you know a little bit about chocolate sculptures and you’ve worked with these molds and paints and luster dusts that he’s using and all these other items that he’s using to make this I feel like when you know that it helps to better understand what goes into making some thing like this and I think to myself God to do this on a smaller level that’s already hard enough and it’s not just the act of making it so I think if anyone showed you how to make it step-by-step anyone could probably do it if they aren’t prone to breaking things because chocolates very fragile but it’s the fact that he knows what pieces to use and how to re-create those pieces and how he’s going to make them all come together. it’s a creativeness behind it that really gets me every time

There is something that is just so mesmerizing about watching someone who is skilled, passionate and driven doing what they love. That feeling is palpable in every video that this man does. Captivating.
You know, I’m just so happy he’s teaching school of chocolate is a masterpiece of show. I hope the chef and Netflix renew for more seasons. I had a blast last night watching it.
It’s not only the work and artistry, but the joy you have in the work that makes these videos a complete delight.

This young man has Immaculate skills. I truly agree a life-size statue of him making something with have no price tag on it it would be worth a million dollars easy.
