    Lol I love the pop up showing you're looking at the sequoia and thinking about things instead of just purely going off a script.
    We've all been there. Get in the middle of a point and then remember other sub-points that may be relevant and suddenly you're looking off into the wind and straight think talking.

    How long will this last? No dye on the hands?

    • @imjoshv
      @imjoshv  Před 9 měsíci

      The dye won’t transfer on to your hands once it’s dry. It’s lasts a good amount of time! Even the factory finish didn’t last so it’s not a forever fix but also won’t rub off especially if you use the top coat

    Don't forget to change your:
    - Motor oil
    - ATF fluid
    - Coolant & thermostat
    - Check your belts
    Use only genuine Toyota fluids. An independent mechanic is alright.

      Luckily I have an amazing Toyota specialist right down the road. Known to be the best independent in San Diego. I actually already had them go through it!!

    You did not put any texture design on the repaired areas ? Half the wheel will have a pattern on it the part you repaired will be flat, no pattern on it.....Will look un professional?

    • @imjoshv
      @imjoshv  Před 2 lety

      Leather actually doesn’t have that much texture to it. Especially on the steering wheel. The foam based steering wheels have a grain stamped into them but leather is typically pretty smooth. This one was so no texture was needed. The dye has a little consistency to it when spraying from further away and give it a very very light pebble finish

    Color looks great, the thumb area looks TRASH, strange you didn't fill it all the way then texture it. Anyway, you still get a 90% overall. Keep the videos coming.
