Amazing reaction, D! Amira showed an impressive range from the first notes, with a low G3, to the beautiful high final E6 live, without autotune. Just a small correction: the channel doesn't have 4 princesses, but only 3, because Amira is a glorious queen.

Thank you for another great reaction! If Ruhan du Toit was French his name would be pronounced exactly like you did. But he is South African (a very well known singer-songwriter there) and they pronounce his last name like "toy" with a "t" in the end. In this great performance Amira actually showcases her vocal range from G3 to E6. Before this performance in July 2023, Amira's highest ever sung note was Eb6 (one semitone lower). In this performance Amira displays her lower register and all the way up.....I don't think we yet know what her final range will be but for sure it is about three octaves here.
Ruhan de Toit - Toyt - he's South African, so it's not pronounced in the French style. He has sung with Amira before. You can hear them tackle Barcelona, and Follow your Heart. The best video for that second one is posted under the title The love between Amira Willighagen and her father Gerrit. The images backing the song are delightful.
This Phantom piece is from pop classics, staged in the summer of 2023. Amira joined in a few ensemble pieces, and also sang Amen with the Mzansi youth choir. The whole show seems quite lively. Amira appears to be enjoying herself immensely.

Yeah, absolutely amazing. You can check Ruhan du Toit page and listen to enormous performances if songs like Sound of Silence and Bohemian Rhapsody. The last mentioned he also sang in duet Amira, as well as a song written for her father. He is currently probably the most versatile male singer in South Africa.

Amira sang with Ruhan when she was 14 in a concert performance of Barcelona, visually not a very good recording but has more atmosphere, IMO, than what I believe is a studio recording.

I love amira but did not like the start it seemed to go on for ever. But amira was brilliant
It is all nice, but it is all wrong. I have the book The Phantom of the opera by Gaston Leroux. It was actually bassed on true facts. Phhantom was called Eric and he was crippled guy with some face defect (he did not have a noce and hair) so he had to wear a mask. He was talented composer and he resided in uderground of Paris Opera. He fell in love with opera singer called Christine and he was giving her singing lessons. But christine was in live with another guy. He also was an iilusionist so he used his craft to get her, he ven kidnapped her to where he was living. Finally he let her stay with her boyfriend and he died. It is a sad story od a guy who was rejected by society because of his look. So this scene looks not right at all. but Amira is great.
Mostly internet fable. There was a falling chandelier in the early days of the opera house and rumors of a ghost. Rest is an invention by the writer.
