    Say you have put it all in a bottle and take it with you, would the foam dissolve?

      Ashleyation Hi there! Thanks for the question. The foam will definitely start going back to liquid starting 15-30 minutes after you blend it, however, it's good to know you can re-blend it as many times as needed in order to obtain more foam.

    Hi, how long does the lemon sphere to freeze? was a blast chiller used or a normal freezer and the reconmended times for both? please and thanks! :D

      However long it takes for the spheres to be completely frozen, so probably 30 minutes to an hour depending on the freezer.

      Adrian Cabouli Hi there--good question! The answer basically depends almost entirely on whether the tap water in your area is high calcium. If you can't find out and don't mind some trial and error, you can always use tap water for your first try, and if it doesn't work, try distilled water then.

      Eric Olsen Sachet, actually! :-) They're the little packets that contain the food additives--in this case, sodium alginate. One of our sodium alginate sachets contains a total of two grams of the additive.
