sir aapne bahut hi badiya tarike se samjhaya pure process ko..actually meri bhi ek propery rent pe dene ke liye ready hai around 3200 sqft uske liye search kar raha tha ki kaise kisi brand tak reach kar sakta hoon to aapka video dekha.
mera actually ek bank ne tender nikala tha usme bid me final bhi ho gaya tha par bank ka jo employee tha wo rate me negotation karne ka raha the (my rate was 10 rs less than the other tendere in same area with bigger front) but already because bank ko dena tha to mene rate kam hi daala tha so mene mana kia to unki taraf se ab proposal hold pe rakh dia gaya hai and now i don't think they will come back to me. isliye ab kisi branded showroom ko dene ke liye search kar raha hu kahi se kuch link mil jaye.

1. Approach a few branded stores , take their area managers number and propose them your property.
2. Search a few commercial leasing consultant in your area , offer them reasonably good commission on bringing a reputed company...and deal with them .
3. Display your phone number with size and diamentions of your property.
4. Keep searching online tenders of nationalized bank , they put their requirements online on their official website.
5. Seek assistance of someone having online Google add package and request him to display your property on that . If needed you can take the help of Google add...
