Hi, do you look at the targeting arrow all the way from approach to release, or just towards the release? I have trouble keeping my eyes on the arrow during my swing back and I get a little disoriented. I also have to look above my glasses during the swing back which affects my vision

Uhm...I see, I also wear glasses. I do use the are from the dot line (before the arrow area) back to the foul line as target area (because it's nearer and easy to see than something farther down the lane). I don't use arrow much, just in case I need to make super big loft 😂 But trust me, arrow is still a mystery because the more I explore about the target system, the less I use the arrows.
1 question for you bro: Do you keep your eyes focus all the time on the target point during your approach?

@@BowlismOutlaw I just went to bowl again, I found using the dots much easier for my eyes and head movement compared to the arrow. Thanks for that tip! However, I realised I don’t keep my eyes on the dots during the backswing. I look at the dots on the approach and nearing release cos I find my neck is not that flexible, especially with my left arm holding the ball. Is this normal?

Hey! glad to hear that it helps, bro.
I realized I don’t keep my eyes on the dots during the backswing. => Do you remember where did your eyes focus during your backswing?
I look at the dots on the approach and nearing release cos I find my neck is not that flexible, especially with my left arm holding the ball. => I think I should look at the real video to have the right judgement. I think we can message thru instagram: instagram.com/_happybowler102_

Your spine tilt prevents you from watching the arrow? Can you please elaborate more on this point?

@@BowlismOutlaw I am facing down and its hard for me to look up at the arrows because I think i get too close to the ground

But does it affect your accuracy? Anthony Simonsen approach is also really close to the lane but he's good.
