Tell me the 0:33 part ain't actually doable. I'm cracking on it.
This makes sense. You see, "The Ruins" was a happy song, and this song sped up and a bunch of twists is that song. The happy song from before with some twists is now sad. You did the same thing to their world. It was once happy, but with your " twists" it's now sad.
Woah.
Also if you didn't kill anyone, all you did was make it better since everyone loves you.
Well, except the king, but he doesn't count.
This song is really weird to me...
It makes me feel both hopeless and triumphant at the same time...

Yet somehow both this and ruins fill you with determination to either finish what you started or make things right.
I love this song because of how powerful it is. You start to realize about what Undertale is about only AFTER playing it. It's about love, Choices, Friendship and consequences. It teaches you about how power can be a curse. It teaches not to judge people by what their ancestors have done, but what they have. And most of all, it's a tale about two brothers, and an imperfect person.
And what i love about this, is that this song makes you think. How heavy is your heart? Was what you have done really the right thing?
Because the best way to punish people is not telling them how bad they are, it's having them tell themselves how bad they are. And so, by playing through an incredible game made by a wise man, you learn a lot. You learn about real life. This game affects you. It will help you become a better person. Undertale is a psychiatrist, except you do your part.
And _THAT_ is why i love this game. Because it teaches you to do the right thing.
I love this track ;-; it's so hard to play it on a out of tune piano
Should play the same! But it won’t have that nice sound :( however some songs that are good on an out of tune piano are spear of justice and dummy!

I haven't listened to a lot of soundtracks of undertale aside from the boss themes since I'm almost always focused on those, but I recently realized that these relaxing themes aren't too bad either, like it's raining somewhere else or waterfall. What i'm trying to say is that undertale is not only a great game, but also a fantastic soundtrack.

+Average Guy27 Slow it down further and change the key a bit and it becomes Waterfall. Speed it up slightly and it becomes Ruins (obviously), speed it up again and it's NGAHHH! and Spear of Justice, add in some badass background music and slow the melody down and it becomes Battle Against a True Hero, slow it down and add a dramatic choir effect on the melody and it becomes But the Earth Refused to Die, make it emotional and slow and it becomes Respite, chill it down and add some trippy echo effects and it becomes Quiet Water.

Most people say Spear of Justice since it's the most popular song that uses the leitmotif. I think An Ending is the best use of it.

The ruins leitmotif (theme) is associated with the underground, so most songs that relate to the underground as a whole use it, as well as some locations.
