Trucks are not unibodies. Need more bed. I would love to have a 1/2 ton truck with the crew cab with a bed that can haul a 4x8 sheet of wood with the tailgate up and not propped up on it. And tie down spots on the bed floor.

I would rate the KIA and Hyundai's at the same level as Honda. Almost 200 thousand miles on 2017 KIA Forte with only regular maintenence issues, but nothing catastrophic, until my son-n-law totaled it.

if kia wants to compete in the truck / off road segment, it needs at least 19 inch + of suspension articulation, and some decent clearance. It cant just be on par it needs to exceed toyota. The new gx 550 grocery getter has 19 inch of real world articulation.

@@anthonylim2428 No,, suspension articulation is pretty common area of interest (among many others) for people who buy off road vehicles and trucks. If you're marketing to off roaders these are the kinds of things they should think about achieving. Kia should not aim for second place when they have such a huge opportunity to steal market cap from Toyota right now.

It looks cool but... it's a KIA. Back in the 90's some of us referred to the KIA as a disposable car likened to a disposable razor. You get some great used out it a few times but then you have to replace it. I went through a scrap yard 2 years ago and I saw a whole line of KIAs for well over a football field in length and width. Some looked pretty good, but the main reason why they were there... engine failure. There were makes of all different types of KIA cars. Some dated back to the late 90's all the way up to 2019.
Right near by was another plot of cars... Hyundai. Same thing... mostly engine failures.
I'm sticking with Toyota. (and Ford unfortunately).

2019 and below i can see the hate on kia i never thought i would buy one let alone 2,,,as of now wife owns a 2021 teliride ex and i got a 2023 k5 awd as a daily now my fancy car mrsp over 100k lost power steering was fixed and all but thats something u dont want to experience so point is any car can have a issue,,,as issues with kia 0 wife already has 50 k millage still factory tires which will be replaced soon but other than oil changes and getting break pads drives great my k5 little over 11k two oil changes 0 issues to me its like a korean bmw nice interior body looks sexy the only thing i can knock is the stereo on the awd model you cant order the premium sound is it horrible no but not to my standards i wish i could of gotten the premium sound but is not offered my wife got it and i can hear the difference so yea just a little jelly on that😂
