The bearing isn't destroyed yet but wait a few months and it will be, they did not pack the bearing at all just smeared grease on the outer pins lol the inner ones are dry

I cringed when I watched them grind next to the unprotected bearing. Even a little bit of metal shavings can shorten the life of the bearings.

Плохо, что нет специальных приспособ для сборки, не говоря о грязи при сборке.
I don't understand.why thos People are working with sandels.for tha kind of work need to wear safety shoes.
This is a good example of just do what you can to solve the problem and with just what you have. For us kind of repair on the battlefield with whatever you have.
как они колотили с удовольствием во было бы прикольно посмотреть как в самом конце лопнула бы обойма подшипника у них бы точно пукан сгорел разбирать всё заново а детальки то не лёгкие
Да это мелочи по сравнению с тем что на корпусе нет ни каких уплотнителей. А это значит скоро дробилку привезут обратно
А ещё они в конце видео щапресовывали подшипник по внешнему диаметру за внутреннюю обоиму. Т.е. Колотить по внутреннему, что бы зашла внешняя. Подшипник сразу на выброс. Та к тому же болгарской работали рядом с открытым подшипником, смазки и сальников нету, по крайней мере я не видел.
Ну смазку вроде в конце увидел.

they were fitting new bearings. 2:16 shows the rollers were unmarked.
this shaft was from a 'Knapping Motion' Rockbreaker and the bearings would take a pounding over the years.
Months at best using those techniques.

@@rosewhite--- no problem, couple of pieces of hard wood would help. However I have already commented elsewhere that it is the best they can do with the equipment available. Still, it will not last long.

I work with them bearing on a daily basis and I was highly impressed with everything until they started greasing the bearing, smearing grease on the outer edge of the pins is not enough grease for that bearing the inner pins are most likely dry as the dirt they are standing on,
Highly impressed with beating the races with hammers, wait until one shatters and embeds shrapnel in the "fitters." But at the end of the day you have to work with the equipment you have.

Dent and destroy the bearings in with hammers, lift with a chain around the race/rollers, then lightly grease only the outside of the rollers. I'm so glad we have manufacturing and repair standards that nullify these "technics". Just because it LOOKS like it works, does not mean it's correct.
I'll pay you $50 a month like they are getting if you can do this work with such primitive tools.
@@rosewhite--- That's not the point. They forgot to grease te bearings before mounting them. That has nothing to do with money or tools.
Those huge bearings would be impervious to hammer blows and would not distort by lifting chains.
The worker packed plenty of grease in.
Stone crushers work quite slowly so absolute precision isn't necessary.
I think Pakistan must have very strict import restrictions and low wages mean everything has to be done as cheaply as possible - like in so many parts of USA back in the 30s?
See a elephant could have lifted that bearing .
