Made this tonight absolutely loved it. If you don't have a wire rack, parchment paper works just as fine and if you also don't have the spray oil you just like lightly drizzle it. Will definitely be making again
Great tip! Thank you Mathlyn.
Thanks, mama. I needed this
Thanks . Hey you think parchment paper can really make a difference as far as color and crisp as opposed to on top of tin foil ?
I ask because I don't have the rack get used
Lol thanks Mathlyn. I didn't have a wire rack, but we do have parchment paper, so this was helpful!
Try cornstarch, egg whites with a touch of water, and panko. Trust me.
Put them in the fridge, uncovered, on a cooling rack for a couple hours before cooking, overnight is better.
Liked, and aready subscribed!
A great dinner choice! Thank you
I made these last night & they were delicious...tender & juicy inside and crunchy! My husband thought I had ordered take out! 😁
Best recipe & technique! Thank you so much for the recipe. ✨️ 💥
Thanks for the recipe! I made this for dinner and my family loved it! 😋🤗
My pleasure 😊 Just made these again recently and yeah, they're good and pretty healthy I'd say. Cheers Griselda!
Just made this for a family dinner... it was a SUCCESS!! Thank you for posting!!
That's great. I need to make these again myself. Cheers Krista!
Looks absolutely great! can’t wait to try it! Excellent work!
Yeah, these are great. Cheers STW!
So first off amazing recipe I made them for my gf and family and they want more!! They are obsessed with the chicken.
I did add a few things/change
1. Fried instead of baked
2. Add bacon bits
3. Cut to nugget size pieces
Absolutely delicious thank you for the recipe
Sounds great. I like the idea of adding bacon bits. Cheers!
Thanks Mr it's looks so good my mouth it's watering I will definitely going to make it. May God bless you
Hope you enjoy! Thanks for watching Enancia.
Looks good , and the mixing in each ball have nice addition, and the way to do it in the oven make it more easy from fry it on the stove Top piece by piece. Will try it
Just made these again the other day. They come out great every time. Cheers Amira!
Can you spray them at the start?
thank you for the recipe it tastes amazing . (try it with some chickfila sauce)
LOVE IT!! thank you so much 💜
You're so welcome!
This mans threw the wet-hand dry-hand system out the window there on that first one😂
Yesssss omg
Making this tonight. Sounds and looks delicious! Can’t wait to try
That's great! Please let me know how it turns out. Cheers Sara!
@@GallaghersGrub amazing! We loved it. Will be adding this to my meal list. Thanks, again
Dude,
E xcellent. Needed a quick dinner made these some steamed brocoli and left over brown rice warmed up with some butter and a little salt. It was GREAT.
Making these for dinner tonight..thanks for the video.
How'd they turn out... actually I already know. Lol!
Awesome, different variation from mine, but definitely going to give yours a try. I know my husband will love the hot sauce thanks for sharing. 👍❤️😊
Enjoy!
Looks good and delicious!
These are really good, and kids love them. Cheers!
Happy holidays! Thanks for the recipe! Will try them, looks delicious! I'd like to make a sandwich with these 😋 regards from Panama 🇵🇦
Happy holidays! About to make these again this week myself. Thanks for watching in Panama!
wow, that was great!! Loved it! Maybe a sauce recipe would be nice?
I am not one to make a new recipe when I am under a short time limit but I had all the ingredients and thanks to the user who posted that parchment paper works instead of a wire rack, I made these for dinner tonight! Hubby loved them and I will definitely make again! Enjoyed the relaxing way you spoke (and no crazy music) and your video was well made! Side note: I’ve read olive oil turns into a carcinogen between 375 and 400 degrees and I’m not sure this pertains to the spray as well. I used Avocado oil spray and there was no funky taste.
Yeah, these are really great! Every time I make them I wonder why I don't make them more often. Olive oil does burn at high temps compared to grapeseed or avocado oil. That's more of a flavor thing though anything. It's also more like putting olive oil into a searing hot pan, and not so much baking. Thanks for the really nice comment. I appreciate it.
LOOKS GOOD!!
Thanks you Michael. Good to hear from you, sir!
That recipe I like. Trying tonight.
Let me know how it turned out.
I love this Recipe
Thanks Gautam. I think I need to make this again myself. Lol!
These looked great man 🤙
Highly recommend. You will love.
Good choice of seasoning
Thanks Bob. Cheers man!
Thanks for the video! Plan on making these tonight.
Did you make them? Would love to hear what you thought.
@@GallaghersGrub Yes, they came out amazing :)
Tim from BC (British Columbia) Canada. Got my Q1200 Weber griddle- love it! Also, because of your recommendation, I bought the Cuisinart Burger Press. Grilled a Brat burger. Cut the Brat out of the casting & into the Cuisinart Burger Press. Delicious. Apparently a Wisconsin thing? Saw a vid on it. Thanks.
That's awesome. I really like that burger press. Use it all the time. I may have to try a brat burger. I've actually got a brat video in the works. Should be uploaded in a few days.
Looks very tasty!! I have to start making Videos again so I think I may steal this idea but use my Air Fryer instead of the oven. (yep it only goes up to 400 degrees talk about setting myself up to fail!! ) keep em coming!! :)
Good luck. Would love to hear how they turn out in the air fryer.
@@aa1589 Thanks! if they stores ever start carrying enough for me to get some lol. They are always sold out?? I'll try that!
I loved it. 👍
Great! I need to make these again myself. Cheers!
Exactly what I was looking for! This is awesome, thanks for making this video, super helpful!
Glad it was helpful! I love this chicken tenders and kids tend to love this too.
Hey City, another great idea, fast simple, gotta be good.....honey mustard yup, and your Bourbon BBQ sauce with a little added heat!
Thanks Jerry! That bourbon sauce would be an excellent idea.
Hey City keep um coming...I like your simplicity, tast, talent.
New sub. Looks awesome. I hate frying so this looks like a great alternative to making chicken tenders
Yes, these are really great and pretty healthy too. Cheers Susan!
Looks great. Never thought about adding hot sauce to the egg wash, great idea and Frank's would be great for that. I'm thinking about doing this but making the tenders smaller then adding them to a hearty salad. Nice blend of textures and flavors. Well done.😀👍🐔🐔🐔
Thanks Victor. These were definitely good. Smaller and added to a salad is a great idea. Cheers man!
Looking good ❤
Thanks Brian. I really need to make these again. So good. Cheers!
A good tip I picked up is to use one hand for dry coating i.e flour & crumbs then use the other hand for wet i.e egg wash
Great tip! Thanks for watching Myles.
Look spot on mate 🇬🇧
Thanks Stuart. Would be perfect for this year's FA Cup final!
This looks so good!!! is it okay to skip the flour and go directly to the egg mixture? Also will it be better tasting if you marinate the chicken for like 20 minutes??? THANKS FOR SHARING!!!
I think you can probably skip the flour. The egg wash is to get the bread crumbs to stick. You could marinade the chicken in your favorite marinade, but usually it takes about 2-4 hours to get any flavor into the meat.
@@GallaghersGrub made it today and forgot about the oil spray but turned out to be good too!!
@@yxwakita2730 Nice! I just made these again the other day myself. They came out great. Having a good dipping sauce is key.
Making it again tonight great recipe
Thank you. I need to make them again myself. Just love em.
Great video👍🏾 I'm going to try that recipe this weekend but I'm going to have to break out my deep fryer and peanut oil to make this happen. Oven never gives me the crunch I'm looking for 😭
And... What did you think?
The old school CZcams production of this video is interesting and nostalgic.
Thanks. This is a really good recipe too. Definitely worth a try. Cheers!
I always brine chicken breasts to retain moisture....what are your thoughts on a brine for tenders?
It couldn't hurt for sure. But these were really good without the excess time spent brining.
Thank you
Welcome!
Tested out yesterday. Easy, healthy & delicious. We all loved it.Thanks. Lefteris 🇬🇷
Glad you liked them, Lefteris. I liked them so much, I ate them four days in a row.
There not healthy if u leave out the flour then yeah
Now I have to go out and buy some chicken. I used to buy these ready made but by the looks of yours I'm thinking those are a thing of the past.
You will really like these. So much better to make them yourself. Easy and delicious!
Nice video. Why spray the top side of the tenders after flipping though?
To help them get crispier.
For more crispy tenders. Don’t forget, he used a wire rack allowing heat to evenly cook the tenders all around.
Does the flour in the coating not just burn when cooking
No, the flour doesn't burn. Give this recipe a try, you will love it.
Made these tonight
And...
Yummo. Gonna make some crumbed veal schnitzels tonight using this recipe.
You know, I need to make a veal recipe video. Thanks for the idea. Much appreciated.
@@GallaghersGrub I'm eagerly awaiting it!
Great recipe. One problem. You better make 10 big buckets of it. I'll eat 5 buckets 😋 😁😁😁😁
Yes, these are really, really good. Cheers!
Thx
No problem. Thanks for watching. These are really good.
Using the rack great idea, now I know why mine stick and I lose the coating
Thanks for watching Carol. These were pretty tasty, and the rack definitely helps.
ABSOLUTLY. LOVE THE MUSIC...WHAT IS IT
Thanks Michael. If you're talking about the new theme song in the beginning, it's the new song I'm using for all of my latest videos. It's called "Manhattanite" and I found it on Epidemic Sound.
Mine dont come out as golden brown..I did the olive oil spray. ..did everything like you said
Hmm. Maybe your oven wasn't hot enough. Just guessing.
@@GallaghersGrub thanks :-) actually on second try it was better ..maybe I sprayed more olive oil spray..
Now I’m hungrier then I was before
This is a great recipe. Definitely worth a try. Cheers!
Hubs requested chicken tenders for dinner...no frying in hot oil!
Hope he liked them. Cheers Ginger!
Can I make this without bread crums?
What would you use instead?
@@GallaghersGrub u replied :0 but homemade bread crumbs ish is just where u sprinkle water in the flour mixers mix to get climbs and bake for a little
Good job brah all the flav none of the fat 😎
Thanks Erick. Cheers man!
Hate sports but love your recipe...
Thanks Richard. Appreciate you watching.
Looks too easy... I'm trying it!! Thanks
Give them a shot. Super easy and very tasty.
@@GallaghersGrub My family loved them! Thanks!!
AWESOME as always my friend! #BBQqqqqqqqq
Thanks Rando. Cheers brotha!
What sports get-together? Those will be gone in 2 mins
A very short boxing match maybe, that ends in the first round.
Chicken tenders should be on counter to your left with the bowls for simplicity.
Looks good.
Mine are in the oven.
I'm sure they'll be fantastic.
Thanks for the tip! Hope they came out great.
what happend to this guy? where is he?
Had to close up the cottage for winter. I'll be back in a few weeks. Cheers David!
What if you don’t have a rack
Get one.
Yeah Connor wins again
In epic fashion
What about my girlfriends..? Not Happy :(
Don’t make these on aluminum foil you have to use that rack or you’ll be hit Uber eats
You don't have to use the rack, I used parchment paper and when I tried it with the foil I didn't have issues either
Blah blah football blah blah, just show me how to make tenders damn it. Lol.
