This episode on Design Seed we will be sharing with you how we tackled an irregular layout plan of a 2600sqft 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom apartment.
Instead of being deterred by the odd angular shape of the space, it served as a perfect canvas for us to apply dynamic forms which plays well into our hands of making the occupants feel right at home. A simple mood board that compiles the colour scheme and material selection would certainly help with making the home feel correlated as a whole.

My colours are soft light colours like shades of sand with love for walnut wood. My house is a beach house and in my garden I have sand. I'm from south of Italy in Puglia. If I send you my floor plan and some photos of the place could you recommend me some interesting layouts?

Thank you for inclusive videos. I just had two suggestion/ request : 1. I would appreciate the higher quality videos with better lighting so we can distinguish colours better. 2. If it's possible for you to talk more about construction detail as you shortly mentioned about counter top in this video that would be so beneficial. :)
I love the darker look in this video. For my future home I would love light neutral toned colours with black and/or gold hardware to compliment the neutral room (e.g. in kitchen, living room and bathroom). Would these colours work together? I'm finding it hard to visualise both the black and gold accents or should I stick to one of these colours only? thanks!

I really enjoy your videos and the work you do to to produce all of these videos. I'm wondering if anyone else has commented on how fast the speed of your videos are. Your speed of talking (explaining) and showing the progress and changes are quite very fast from a viewers standpoint. I'm trying to enjoy the before and after but they just blend away to quickly. I'm not sure if this is intentional or your just unaware of this happening. I know that I can change the play speed and I do, but changing the play speed, it just distorts the whole experience, not as enjoyable. Ok, I can't wait for more. I am new to your channel and have seen a few of your works videos. I find them mostly large size premises for families. Do you have anything luxury in the 1-2 bedroom, 400-600 sq ft range for bachelor?
I was wondering if you could help me with a layout and design issue? I have a great room and I am wanting there to be cohesiveness, I have three zones of sitting areas, dining, family room and then a corner which I put two chairs. I put rugs that are all the same color because I have floor that dents extremely easily. I feel it looks choppy. I have a modern style and all of your projects are amazingly done with the same style. Hi Alex, I have a challenging triangular home structure 1.5 BHK studio apartment with open kitchen can you check and let me know what interior will go best for this type of apartment.
