Im surprised about the price though. I thought it might reach 300k above as few years ago my dad did renovation on our house. Just few tweaks not even natural lights come into the house with the bad simple walls n ugly bathrooms already costs us 150k that suppose to be ONLY 100k. I guess my dad got cheated. And just within a year...most of the ceilings design dropped off. Well....that time i totally not interested in house designs thing. Now i do n oh yeah i love all ur videos. All those unique designs totally give me ideas for my future home.
wished i stayed in malaysia. a similar reno in sg would cost 250k too. but SGD. Currently looking for reno and contractors are charging me the same price as this but my house is only 700 sqft.

Beautiful interior but disturbing how every single home on the exterior is exactly the same. Not my cup of tea, but well designed on the inside. I love love the breathing wall in the powder room!
this is a strata landed housing scheme, governed under strata management act, and need to maintain same external facade
250K for all, that's very reasonable... I've spent nearly 400K for 3000sqft condo, minimum renovation, mostly just built-ins and furniture
