In this project, Nu Infinity emphasizes on the concept of minimalist and modern and we can see how a cold marble and warm timber could merge into one space. Very brilliantly done! Love the subtlety of the baby-blue sliding shutters. A small colour change yet compliments the timber-marble theme remarkably well.

These condos on your channel are amazing. I rent my apartment, so I can't do what you do in these spaces...do you have any advice for renters? It's so much harder to make a rental look high-end like this, since I can't paint my walls, can't add nice wood and high end finishes, etc.

Intensity of the voice and sound effects are so big. Plus you show the space so briefly it's hard to take a good look. Had to press pause so many times.
Nice to see the lack of curtains. I have shutters at every window and not a single curtain in the house.
There seems to be a lack of storage in the apartment though.

The before, a common condo to after, the high end condo, but a pity though need to sacrifice a room for big living room
Yes that's right. Space optimisation are normally based on the clients request and requirements. If we reckon that the extra room isn't utilised well, we would optimise it to be more usable. The 'b' in 'subtle' is silent, kinda like 'sut-tle'. Pronouncing it that way would make your narration sound more natural. Anyway great work guys! I wouldn't call a 2,400sqft condo small or lack of space though lol

Is glass outdoor dining room is suitable in Malaysia?
no.. due to hot weather and frequent rain...
@@irsyadsaid2680 well I did already 😅 I renovating my house now. And I always wanted to do glassroom dining with epoxy resin wooden table. I had to use very good quality tinted and ac power more than 2.5 and cost me like almost 50k to built that room only without furniture.
