- Fellow Legends, welcome! Today we dive into another epic RussianBadger video. This time, we have a very interesting Gaijin game known as Crossout. I've never heard of this game personally, but it looks like an incredible amount of fun to certain players. I absolutely recommend that you go ahead and check out The RussianBadger as well as the original video to show some support for the source material!

Crossout is still going on today but it's so unfair to new players that it's just not worth playing unless you've played since it first released cause then you and everyone else were on an even playing field now if you don't have a hover vehicle you're just gonna get rammed by like five ppl on the enemy team that only have saw weapons on the front and there's nothing you can do unless you're lucky enough to kill them before they can get you but if you want to try it out just don't expect much going in
Crossout is like Warthunder or League of Legends, where unless you’ve been playing for years, you are stomped if you try to get into it new
0:58 As an engineer, that sounds like a fun idea.
Dear god
God help us all
Kip what have you done!? You've inspired them
Isnt that how we got the A-10 Warthog?
"What if gun, but plane?"
Crossout is still going on, and there is a mobile version of the game that exists as well.
13:03 you literally described how the M50 ONTOS came into existence.
played it at early and later stages (hovering engines and mechanical legs were still a new things)
as fun as constructing and fighting was game had serious issues
1. absurd (nearly impossible) grind for anything or purchase at their store
2. vehicle overall construction score served as player difficulty meter so when those that went with spending money were taking powerful weapons and mounting them on weakest vehicles they quickly score and completely ruin game for those that honestly ran on low score
3. anyone could post their design on official server so that anyone could rent it and try on testing ground and if had all parts then could replicate it for own game and customize it further but there was a huge amount of creatively bankrupt bastards that were changing one insignificant detail and claiming entire dezign as their own original (drawing attention from original author so far away that the most creative were quickly forgotten)
4. these connectors are unfamiliar to me but back in my days people had to be creative and were designing vehicles in a way that would allow to hook them together and give friends a chance of playing as a land death train
5. i remember boss battles being against things that looked like battleships on land
6. quick (0armor) builds with farming equipment were among the most op
I have played Crossout, and I can confirm that it is in fact, a combination of Minecraft and Mad Max
Neat!
Engineers are terryfing but Red-neck engineers are a league more terrifying
Now i wonder how Crossout is doing, been a few years since ive played it
Just like WT and other games, if you ain't done a lot of grinding you're gonna get stomped super easy
I've been playing this for about half a month or so. I've managed to work up a rig that's slow as crap, but tough enough and maneuverable enough and just armed enough to make the AI in the story mode be like "Oh, S***... I think we p***ed it off...". No chance against about 75% of the other players in the game, but that other 25% I can make them at least have a harder time, if not wear them down. And I just unlocked rank 8, which gives access to the market.
Badger: how much horse power does this ha-,
Me: yes
Pls watch Mad Max with Spiders!
An oldie but a goodie
Shit goes south when relics are used in a conflict
If it was me playing this I would use nothing but the slam dunk with the cloaking device. Harpoon them, then fly backwards with them still attached and slam dunk them into the dirt.
I was actually playing crossout when you posted this
Good to see you again
I think the reason the Spoomer made you think of the Deuce is bescause you can buy a front bumper that is Armagodden's teeth
I tried this game once... it was a traumatic experience.
I haven't seen this one in a while
Maybe I should go back through some of the older vids Badger's uploaded for memory lane shit
I need to get some beer
I had an idea for I build I wanted to make but the coin gains are so bad I couldn't get anything worthwhile and some people over price certain items
HELL YEAH BROTHER!
Now that I think of it, Starfield took Crossout’s vehicle building and made it about spaceships, but also boring
Completely different games.
Bout damn time you found out what this game is...
This game like dank.
Not my cup of tea, I'm bad at games like this.
But, this looks so good!
@@KipReacts mostly intended as a joy of someone sharing the info about a great game that has been out for a while. It has felt underplayed the entire time to me.
Yo kip react to the first one badger made on this game.
War Thunder is Gaijin's big moneymaker. Crossout is their "problem child".
The creative aspect is what makes me love the game,
but I also realize it makes balance tweaking into a logistical nightmare.
So it takes a lot of effort from Gaijin to keep it running even somewhat smoothly, and the playerbase is so small that it
can't possibly out-earn their other games, so they use "the cheap servers" for it to save a few bucks..
..which makes an inherently glitchy game even more problematic. :l
It's a crying shame, honestly. I haven't found another game quite like this, and for all its problems I still have a great time!
First
As someone who still plays Crossout it's still very much on going but it's very much pay to win and very grindy. Since console crossplay{Playstation x Xbox} came the game has been nothing but close quarters builds. If it's not a meta build or close to it's just not going to do much, you can play off meta but it will hurt
if i remember one top tier weapon (Relic) was around $1000 (PSN market) though if you're lucky the cheapest you can get one at is $150 (CAD)
