I dont understan why people are lauging about his english. Did listeners not understand the interview? if we did understand the whole converstion in engliih then why then are we trying to bully him on his english. When you speak to BRITISH OR AMERICAN, ALL THAT THEY CARE ABOUT IS PUTTING YOUR MESSAGE ACROSS BUT WE GHANAIANS ARE ALWAYS MARKING OUR ENGLISH MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR YOUNG ONES TO SPEAK KNOWING THEY WILL BE LAUGHED AT FOR EVERY LITTLE MISTAKE THEY WILL MAKE. OUR MINDSET ON ENGLISH IS VERY BAD. IF ONE CAN SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH THEN PRAISE GOD BUT IF SOMEONE LIKE AKROBETO IS NOT AS GOOD AS THE LOCAL LANQUAGE WHY LAUGH AT HIM. WE NEED TO BE SCHOOLED ABOUT CERTAIN THINGS. EVEN INDIGENE BRITISH SPEAKS WITH A WHOLE LOT OF GRAMATICAL ARRORS BUT THEY DONT CARE BUT HEAVEN BREAKS LOOSE WHEN ONE SPEAKS BAD ENGLISH IN GHANA.
