Hi Zazu, I was wondering what size needle do you use when sewing cork you may have said but Ive forgotten thanks again for all your wonderful works of art!
Love it! I would probably not put a flower on it as it might get messed up in a purse....maybe appliqué a flower. Also would add a zip pull. Thanks for the tutorial!
Hi Zau. Amazing work. I love that you use cork. I am currently working with some cork products too and was wondering what paint is good for cork material? would the paint rub off if I a paint a cork clutch? do I need to varnish at all? your guidance on how to paint cork would be appreciated. Thank you. Love your work.
I haven’t been sewing much, so I am still getting used to it. Recently I had to make a small batch of potholders (6), and I think it behaves better in about 25 ways. I do miss the deep rumble versus the new whiny sound, but I know it is a small price to pay. We bought the needle up/down bit, but because I haven’t been sewing, I haven’t gotten around to installing it yet. Thanks for asking.

I used a 14. I think a 12 would have worked fine too. Thanks!
I have never seen Cork Fabric but I will look for it. I like the stability & box corners. Very nice work!
Thank you for the tutorial. Beautiful
Thank you!
that is georgeous!! I love it. and I love how you rounded the corners like that. thats something I need to try
Love this bag. I would probably try to do machine embroidery instead of the flower. Love the video that shows some new corners and techniques.
This is beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing your techniques.
Thank YOU!
Just my little hint. I get my pliers and take the metal pieces of the zipper out and then sew across to hold it together
I am looking forward to your tutorials. This one is great.
Thanks!
A very informative tutorial... Thank You!

I love your purse and would like to make it. I haven't got a clue how to make the flowers. Do you cover that somewhere?

I wonder if the Shasiko II can sew cork as a designing feature, not seams. Thanx
I think it would work okay. Thanks.
What zipper foot are you using?
Bernina zipper foot #4, with one of their seam guides attached...
@@ZazusStitchArt Thank you!

There is a terrible noise to this video.. i had to turn off after a bit..it is a vibration sound..
Sorry, that’s the industrial sewing machine...I later upgraded to a servo motor.
