Improved 3D Printed compressor/water pump

For the liquid pump use a smaller eccentricity if you want to build more pressure. The volume flow will be smaller tho.
To smooth out the pressure peaks of high pressure side of the pump, design and print a pressure accumulator based on a free piston and a spring.
Make sure you are able to change the spring because you have to test multiple spring sizes with different forces to aquire the best damping.
Use mineral oil as a working fluid and also o-ring material compatible with mineral oil.
Also, if you want to make plunger type pressure pumps, don't use ordinary o-rings (circular section), but use X rings (bold X section). Square rings are fine too, but X rings are the best.
I highly recommend you to check for publicly available patents on automotive pressure pumps used for braking to get inspiration for high pressure pumps.

This is the best air compressor pump design on youtube when it comes to DIY and 3D printed. Seems to be long term low maintenance usage and high pressure. Thanks for this great research.

Thanks I appreciate it. This really issue there is , I know how to make things , I don't know the first thing about timing / makeing videos . So the quality issue is because of a learning curve and haveing zero pervious experience with media . Bear with me I'm learning , also camera are pricy lol .
