Anyone have any ideas on the Cadillac engine's nickname? I'm thinking Caddy?

I had the long handle 3/8 flex Head. The same one they have here. Ever time I used it. I cussed it. Took it back. Got a snap on awesome rachet

@br529 I'd like to have a snap on ratchet too but im just some dude in his garage not a professional, kinda hard for me to drop that much cash on something I'd use 3 times a year lol. Thanks for watching and commenting hope you enjoyed the video.

I really like your video. I really appreciate when people buy something with their own money and give an honest review.
I have the Craftsman one that you were comparing this one too. I have a husky 1/2 flexible head like the icon. It was on a clearance sale the normal price was $30 and it was marked down to $10. I figured for that price I was willing to take a chance with it. I never could get use of not being able to put the head in one position and keep it there.
I definitely hit the like for the video and I also made sure to hit the subscribe button. Looking forward to watching more videos from you.

Thanks man and thanks for supporting the channel. I like my craftsman one because it reminds me of the old days of going into sears and looking at craftsman tools lol and youre right it is hard to not have some sort of a lock on there. I go back and forth on between wishing it had a lock and liking it the way it is. Sometimes in certain situations it's ok without it I guess. But thanks for watching hope you enjoy the other videos.

@@hoobsgarage I used to love when the Craftsman catalog would come out. You might be a little too young to remember then. The Sears store around here before it closed is about 1 mi from my house. When they would have a special I would order it right offline. If you check the box for pickup they will email when your package is ready to be picked up. From the time you scan your receipt they would have 5 minutes to get your package out to you and if they did not you received a 10% discount on your purchase.

@@davidfrank2824oh yea I definitely remember sears but was to young to be into tools back in the good ol days when they had all that usa made craftsman stuff. Sure wish I wouldve bought a bunch back then.

Cardboard is just to protect the little cloth. I bought the 1/4" version of this. I had to return it 3 times before i got one that worked. Gearwrench are much better ratchets. I like the Gearwrench better than my snap on.

I like gearwrench too, still haven't decided which to get yet. Thank for watching.

I've really liked my Icon ratchets too. Detents would be nice. I have a Matco locking flex, and not loving it. GearWrench seems more along the lines of Quinn. I'm not a big fan of GW myself, but some folks love them.

I'm liking it more and more. Sometimes I kinda like the fact that it doesn't have the grooves to hold it in a certain position. I kinda agree with you on gearwrench. I really like the gearwrench stuff I have but I don't think it's as great as it's hyped up to be. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Milwaukee is a much better ratchet than Gearwrench, and ICON. And they do have a locking flex. Can't beat ICON for warranty though. I always use a long fixed head unless I NEED a flex head. Keeps the flex joint tight for when I need a flex. I myself prefer a non locking, non indexing ratchet.

Ive never checked out any Milwaukee hand tools. Wouldnt mind having some to add to the box. Thanks for watching.
