- Today we used the HTVRONT Heat Press and HTVRONT Transfer Paper for dark fabrics to put some pictures on a shirt.

I just bought this. Learned that I don’t need to mirror it and now I have two wasted projects because I wanted this video AFTER trying to make two cuts! Thank goodness they still look great reversed

Attatch the two layers, flatten it. Also, the background/offset color can be changed. If you didn't want to see the black, you could have made your background/offset white.

Hey luv, great tutorial. I recently just tried out PPD Transfer and I had really good results. I have just a small suggestion maybe try to use the offset tool instead of the shape's tool, it will create an exact outline of any shaped image 💜👑🥰

I bought that same paper and when it was washed all the colors transferred 😢 I didn’t use bleed
Try using the offset feature to give your image that border

I attempting to use the HTVRONT PRINTABLE TRANSFER PAPER FOR DARK fabric as well.
My goodness! It has taken several days for me to finally try it for fear that I might do it wrong.
I failed to flatten the white shapes behind my images as well. So I stopped the cut and unloaded the mat. STRIKE ONE! I’m shaking my head. 😅🤪
This time it turned out well, but now I just have to see if I can get it onto my T-shirt.
I have printed 4 different images of black women wearing messy buns. This will be my test heavy cotton T-shirt.

I just ordered this press from Amazon it was over 30 cheaper than their site. Ive used this paper several times with my circut press& I can't wait to test it with their press.
Did Yu notice a slight color change in your image after press??
I did with my other press I had to lower the temperature a little
I do not remember a noticeable change..now you got me wanting to go make something to see 😊.

I noticed the bag is a light color but the paper worked well. How has it held up?
Honestly I haven’t used it much so it’s still like new. Not to say that won’t change over time.
Hello could you tell me what material do you use for your t shirts when you use your HTV Ront for Dark Injet transfer paper?
I have done the same exact method all the time and somehow my images get transferred to the paper that protects the image from the heat, I wish I can show you a picture so it discolors the image. What did I do wrong? To highlight: I use a normal iron.

What cut setting did you set it on?
The maker doesn’t have a setting dial, but I do add more to the pressure.
My confusion lies with the Inkjet printer cutting the image. If Cricut is the printer that cuts the image (usually), how will the Inkjet printer do this? I have an Inkjet printer but I'm wondering how it will cut the image. After-all, it's just a printer and not a Cricut.
The Cricut is NOT a printer. It will only cut your image. It does have the ability to use pens but for print and cut projects it only cuts

Most likely. some of these videos are old, when today's options were not readily available. I guess its time to make an updated video.
was this printed on regular ink or sublimation ink?
I seen down in the other comments you can use either ink because is not sublimation you can use regular printer ink.

I was working in Cricut Design Space which is the application for the Cricut.
Did you reprint the picture with vibe or place each piece individually? I did the same thing and am trying to use the pieces rather than waste the mistake. Thanks in advance.
Honestly, I cant remember 😂 I don't like to waste mistakes either.
What happens if I use sublimation ink on this?
You could definitely use sublimation as an option.
Do you have any trouble with the image bleeding if it got wet?

How did u make your image bigger on the edit background? When I want to edit, it showing only 2X3 screen.

Okay, I have a question 🙋🏽♀️! I searched up what type of ink do I need to use and it says on google any ink works, is that true? What do you use?
I use whatever ink fits my printer. This is not sublimation so your printer ink is fine.
Is the HTVront heat press better than the Cricut?
Similar. I do like that the HTVRont has a pressure gauge but there needs to be a guide for how much pressure to use
How does it look now?
Janet just about the same. I haven't use them much. What I will say is most printable heat transfer vinyls has a 50 wash shelf life.
Would I be able to use sublimation ink for this?

I havent tried it but since sublimation can print pictures, I don't see why not. And because it is not vinyl, it should last longer.
@@ProcrasCreationDIY Thanks for your video I was watching hoping you would mention what print setting you used. But as it relates to sublimation ink my pack of htvront for dark fabrics actually says DO NOT use sublimation ink.
I tried the glow in the dark htv with sublimation and it started to blur after two washes. Is this blurring now that you’ve had it for nine months?
I love glow in the dark items but I don’t remember using any in this video. I will do another soon and try to track how well it does after a few washes.

Yes, this vinyl typically has a life of 50 washes.
Wouldn’t it have been better to make the back clear?
I haven’t seen clear clear printable htv but now I’m going to be on the look out for some.
