I watched you build this back in 2016 great job great video the sound would go in and out at times still just watching you build this bye yourself made me want to buy and do it also . The slab u put this on is what I wanted to do as well thanks bro.
Harbor freight has decent tools and equipment for diy. I go there before any other store. What's the point in some double/triple price increase for a name brand item you may use a few times in your life. Probably have same parts inside anyways. All brands have a lemon every so often anyways. Prefer that than being one of those folks. Thats buys stuff ,uses it and then returns it w some bs excuse. Pressure cleaners are a favorite. Bought one at home depot and had to open five boxes before I found one. That didnt have water in it. All the store's I visit are always packed with buyers. Plus you get glove box handy gifts for free if you sign up for free. Like I mentioned it's a diy paradise but always ask an employee. what is best for your project. If not 100% sure of what you'll require. They're very nice folks. Nice job
Haven't tried it yet..........but is there any reason the roof can't be put together on the ground, then raised in place? Put straps on the cap to pre-shape it?
Thanks for taking time to do this. Do you think it's possible to put the roof, gables, and ridge together on the ground then get someone to help place the whole assembly onto the shed?
im not sure if that is possible because the crossbeams have notches in the peek of the shed where they sit. you have to put them in one at a time because of clearance issues. but its easy enough to try it out and if it doest work its no big deal.
Did you have problems with the two bottom roof panels not seating down properly? I can get it to seat in 3 corners but one side at the top near the cross beams refuses to go over the lip that you screw through to secure it down and in place. I tried and tried to force it over but nothing will give. I can't seem to figure it out. It's all I have left to do to finish and it's getting frustrating
Best video about this shed thus far! I'm having mine delivered tomorrow and I'm a 5 ft woman who lives by myself and I was wondering if I could put this together alone. I have a smaller Rubbermaid shed and it was easy, but I think I will need a extra person for the roof. How long did it take you to put together?
it took me just one day. the roof is the hardest part but with an extra hand you should have no problem. i also nosiest that there aren't many good videos about the shed so i was thinking about revisiting it to show some more detail to help people out even more.
Yeah I can't find any detailed vids either...Rubbermaid instrux are unclear on the crossbeam alignment - which holes face where - bigger holes [in beams] facing each respective same-side wall, or smaller holes facing each respective same-side wall? Guess I'll find out the hard way. Good video, liked the humor as well. What kinda' bike you ride? Roadie here. CAAD 9.
Sorry for the late response but i believe I used a cordless screwdriver, one hammer, and a brick. and no this is not sarcasm. the drill was for the windows and roof. I don't recommend using a power drill for this unless your good with knowing when to stop before stripping out the plastic. the hammer was for driving the stakes into the ground and the brick was to weigh the roof on one side while i drove the screws in.
The tools you need is Drill with Phillips bit, 7/16 drill bit, 7/16 Combo wrench, 7/16 socket & wrench. Screwdriver with Phillips bit.. I just put together one that was taken down. I used a bit attachment with 7/16 socket on it. The 7/16 is used for 4 bolts that hold the 2 bar supports that connecting the front and rear gables together & 2 bolts for cross support.
Good video. My son is going to come up for a weekend and help me put one of these up. I feel more comfortable after seeing your video.

Thanks for some good laughs! Good video, lets me know how much I can do by myself
you can do everything by yourself but is does add a bit of a challenge.
Awesome video! How long did it take you to complete the job... and how is the shed today?
HD holes don't line up with the indents on the back wall and is to long to fit properly. Had a lot of indents not lining up properly problems.

Joe did that method work? I wanting to try that....thanks for replying.......
What size drill bit did you need for this?
Um.... can this shed be used for storage? or is it only ornamental?

can you just lay the panel on the foundation without drilling holes on the tiles? thinking to disassemble easier.

How is it holding up? I'm thinking about getting one... Those plastic clips inside that secure panels to panels... Are they sturdy?
its doing well and its pretty sturdy.
Was this an instruction video or comedy act???
i bought a new belt. in case anyone was wondering.
Can you list all the tools and items used in building this shed? You can leave out items that came with the box. Thanks for the video, helps big time.
