Nick - I don’t think most people have a problem with you disagreeing with your “household”. The problem is you beat your point into the ground until they give up. Your opinions (not facts) are valid but so are theirs and it would be nice if you didn’t spend so long trying to prove otherwise.
I think one of the biggest problems is that he doesn’t read the comments (hence why he asked what people said about the gaslighting discussion.)
So he probably had no idea how much we complain about this.

Nick isn't understanding that 2 things can be true. We can not like Jo, but also think she was gaslighted by Tom. This isn't a matter of who we like better

Katie's descriptions of Jo, while 'colorful' and harsh, have all been accurate. Jo is looney. However, Tom's treatment of her is definitely suspect. We will not know for sure if it was gaslighting but at minimum it was manipulation for his own benefit.

Good luck Alison!! Will miss ya!! Nick, please try to have healthy conversations with other team members who don’t agree with you. Most of the time it’s like my way or no way. If someone has a different opinion Nick shoots it down right away. There needs to be someone who can challenge you more cause others have different views and that’s ok. Lately it’s just been Nick trying to prove his point for 30 min and it’s hard to listen as the household slowly gives in. Just my two cents. I tune in often and just wanted to share my feedback

THIS! He gets so triggered anytime someone disagrees with him and then throws a fit over it explaining why he’s right. It’s starting to take over so much of the episodes and it’s so hard to listen to.

Ariana filmed with Tom numerous times this year. People keep saying (including Nick here) that she won't film with him and that is clearly not correct. She just does not want him to have access to her and does not want to have a manufactured conversation with him for his redemption arc.

Everything shifted for Lala, Scheana, and production when it was confirmed Raquel/Rachel wasn't coming back midway into the season. They thought she ultimately would and that would provide the drama. They were banking on it. When she didn't and did the Bethenny interview, that's where things shift when you watch. Production and Lala, especially, started to panic because Lala thought her story would involve engaging with Rachel on some level and provide the drama. Then it became, we need to make this Sandoval/Ariana thing happen. And it didn't.
So inappropriate of Nick to keep asking sex related stuff to sweet Emma who was clearly not very comfortable sharing these very personal things. He definitely has objectified her so much probably because she presents herself as a ‘bold’ woman

Lala forgets she was the mistress of her relationship with a married man with children. There will be different reactions because it’s a different situation. Lalas situation was also treated differently because the way SHE went about her relationship as well… she was very sneaky and shady about it for the first few years, the Range Rover, bj’s for pj’s, no one was allowed to talk about her relationship, etc- it didn’t feel authentic. But hey, to each their own.
Exactly. It is apples to oranges but if she really wants to compare situations, she is the Rachel of her situation not an Ariana. She wants fair treatment but fair is not the exact same treatment for everyone. Also, her being upset she wasn't "allowed" to walk off when Ariana did is laughable. They yelled at Ariana to come back and tried to get her to not walk away. Difference is that Ariana stuck to her decision. Lala folded to LVP instantly. She could have continued walking and taken a moment or ended it there. She just has less conviction.

He is acting like her memories of their relationship are invalid while still saying it was magic and amazing. He’s acting like he didn’t do things to make her feel that way. That’s the problem. If he’d admit that he was leading her on or giving her mixed signals or not as up front as he should have been with her, there wouldn’t be an issue. People aren’t watching this show for Lala and Scheana. Please be serious lol. - Nick is vastly underestimating the impact of insulting your fanbase. & production and Lala VASTLY underestimated our intelligence & on top of that Lala went on her podcast and trashed the fans.
Lala couldn’t even sell enough books to make the NYT best sellers list. She cannot lead this show to success. She’s not likable because she doesn’t even know who she is.
Comparison really is the thief of joy which is why Lala is the most boring ever. If she would have just focused on her own life she would have had the audience in her palm. i really don’t think vpr is ending. idk if people are unaware but Ariana is actually hosting Love Island USA in Fiji this whole summer (when vpr films) so i know that is most likely why the show is on hiatus this summer. sure they could film without Ariana, but for the people tuning in, she’s the one most people are fascinated with! she handled everything very gracefully at the reunion. i admire her strength to even be around Tom!

It's actually not great for your skin to shower every day, especially if you use soap because it strips the oils and beneficial bacteria from the skin. But if you sweat, shower that shit off! I stand with Natalie on the shoes off, suitcase on the floor, and washing hair. So much fun to have this conversation. LOL
Randal and Tom situations are not the same
Justin needed to read the second definition for gaslighting as well:
the practice of deceiving people through the repetition of a constructed false narrative.
That’s what Tom did when he kept repeating to everyone else that they were just friends and slept together sporadically.
That’s what Nick did when he kept repeating what he decided does and doesn’t qualify as gaslighting.
That’s what Nick is doing when he consistently brings up what Jo has been up to since the filming of the season when we’re all talking about what happened during and before the season.
What I’ve gathered is that it’s okay for Nick to change the definition of gaslighting but when we disagree with his definition it’s US that’s trying to change it. Damn, he gaslighting me now.
Just because Tom is now your friend - doesn’t mean you can deflect and minimize what actually happened, in reality, in terms of Tom and Jo’s relationship. Terrible take, Nick.

Trying deeply to understand why people don’t shower daily 😅 I shower twice a day everyday. Morning to refresh and start my day feeling more awake, at night to wash off the day. Basic body movements, gym or various exercise, germs from the outside world, everything sticks to you! Don’t bring that in your literal BED 🥴 and if you’re in a relationship I feel like you feel better then you’re clean and your partner certainly feels better if you’re clean. (Both ways) no one wants to go down town on something that’s been in or around how many toilet seats multiple times a day without being CLEANED 😭 yuckieeeeee

If those girls would just admit they were jealous that they have never gotten the treatment Ariana has it would change everything for them. Nick, I agree w/ you re: Lala creating a self fulfilling prophecy on the show.
Maybe Lala is correctly intuiting that many VPR relationships are reaching a natural end. Tom +Tom, Ariana+Katie, Scheana + Lala-seem like genuine friendships because they get each other. But as a full group not sure what is left there. Few things are worse than trying to revivify dead relationships. It’s ok to move on. Maybe some spin offs could work but I know those risky and take capital…
Federal cases are not filmed and shown on television. Who knows if he’ll even take it to trial. Most cases don’t go to trial and when they DO go to trial, the defendant usually loses. It’s extremely difficult to win at trial.

Nick underestimates how much Ariana means (and has meant) to the female viewers. The only reason Scandoval was on CNN was because of how mad we were that the girl we loved and respected got screwed over. Lala is a gold digger and Schena is a pick-me girl. We'll watch them, but we don't care about them.
I think that Ariana has a GREAT future in front of her because look at all of her talents. She’s already written best sellers. She’s on Broadway and doing amazing.
