Roland PDX-100, PD-108 Comparison

I recently bought a Roland TD-27KV2 kit, but decided to upgrade the PDX-100 toms that it came with to the more modern and better designed (and over twice the price) PD-108 BC toms.

I ordered a td-17kvx2. I'm pretty sure I'll be upgrading the Toms. I was thinking about leaving Tom 1 alone and adding a pd-85 for Tom 2 and a pdx-100 for the floor tom. That should work, right?

Is there a 12" version of the PDX-100? I love the look of the chrome, but it get attracts finger prints like no ones business!
