💗 Thank you from the state of Michigan, in the US!!! I am a new Headstart preschool center cook! I am struggling with finding foods to feed the children ages 1-4, foods that they will eat. Many children in the US are so limited on the foods they will eat. If it’s not store bought chicken nuggets or macaroni and cheese they refuse it!!! Add on food allergies and sensitivities, it really takes creativity and thought to encourage healthy eating!!!

Will the recipds help with my 7 year old? Shes always been on the thin side since she was born. She eats veggies and healthy foods but does not eat too much. Her appetite has always been small. I just want her to gain a few pounds because she is too skinny.
