PRIVACY FENCE WITH DECORATIVE METAL: We finally got our new fence after waiting for months!

- We ordered our fence several months ago due to ongoing issues with our neighbor. I posted the video about our neighbor issues below. So, be sure to go watch that video next. We decided to go with a Trex fence, because it has zero maintenance and will last a lifetime. We definitely paid a lot for it up front, but it'll be worth it throughout the lifetime of the fence. We won't ever have to paint or refinish it. The guys that installed our fence did a fantastic job and were done in a day! It was so nice to actually hire the work for once rather than doing it ourselves!

We have taken a break from it for the winter. Once it warms up, then we're going to work on the interior. We have used it to store our trim while we're refinishing it😅 We can't wait to get back to the camper reno!! Stay tuned!

He hates it and his grass is still just as green as it was. I should probably post another update of his shenanigans. There's something wrong with him! He's still doing awful things to us
Hi Hannah, I know you had issues with nextdoor neighbor. Did you get the fence line taken care of? After so many years; he can add to his property line.
We had our property surveyed and you can see his fence is in our yard. He actually just put that fence up 2 years ago, so we still have time to take our property line back. We're just not sure if it's worth the 6-8 inches to have him teardown his fence. If he doesn't put it back up, then we'd have to put up a fence pretty much in the same spot. So, is it worth it? I'd rather save our money and work on the camper😅 What would you do? We're in a tough spot.
@@hannahslist15 I’d contact the township or county for assistance. Maybe a legal document can be drawn (you keep a copy)and filed with accessors, your mortgage lender so when it’s time to sale, you aren’t giving away property & it’s value. I wouldn’t give him that land. Or, he can move his fence and you place a cheap galvanized fence on true property line which is hidden behind your trex fence.
