- This video shows and speaks of the idea that trusting 'what makes you come alive' is a valid source of information on how to spend your time. I find it very helpful to remind myself of this every day and follow and trust the longings of the heart.
As Charles says: we don't know how to get to a more beautiful world, but we know it exists.

Thank you for making it OK to garden, to fill a scrapbook, to write a poem, to paint a picture, to gaze at the stars, to bake a cake, to make a footstool, to sing a song, to talk to a friend on the phone for an hour, no matter what discernible difference it makes to anything.

I believe all that makes a strong difference to our hearts. And our hearts are how we heal ourselves and others and the world
I love riding waves. Surfing a longboard. Once the ride finishes there is nothing to show for it apart from a raised heart rate, a faint memory of what happened and some kind of special feeling from dancing with that energy. It doesn't seem useful or productive to me but it is something that I love to do.
I am not sure what I love to do anymore. Everything is fleeting. I just do what I must to stay alive and notice the beauty around me.
Thank you for this wonderful insight. A lot of people around the world need to hear this. The purpose not always has to be rational, and there are things that we simply cannot foresee, but intuition steps forward and says "just listen to me and be free to express whatever the universe tells you to".
I'm sobbing with gratitude as I watch this... being 'of service' as an Advanced CranioSacral Therapist supporting others to clear out what's in the way of them being who they really are - their Being-ness - on their Soul/Heart-guided paths... we are never alone....
Question… what does a cranial sacral therapist do? Is there something I can do to aid my husband after a head injury that seems to have changed him?

Yes from my teens I realized that the culture was a philosophy of death and not life..I never fit in or wanted to..I am blessed with doing what I have a passion for and to live for life..to keep doing what makes me happy..to share my gift.

I am going through this right now. I have given my life to my kids and there Father. I gave up my dance career to raise our children. I have awaken and done much inner work during this time. He just walked out in us and now I have no idea what to do to support us. I make crystal jewelry, I make homemade soaps and work with essential oil blends. People call me when they are going through crisis because of my intuitive nature in healing through words and service.
This does not pay the bills. I have no idea what to do. I feel like all I have learned has no influence on me at this time. I feel numb. Ty for this video, I hope it sparks something for me 💖

I feel alive around the fire pit, not happened in 35 years as a functional part of life. Life without fire is dead. Fire is held within the centre the heart and beauty. Real live fire has been a part of humanity until the past couple generations bringing it to elemental disharmony. Gardening makes me feel alive. I live in an apartment surrounded by cement driveways, super depressing. May we find the gardens again.
I have heard it from someone very wise regarding trust....trust innocence...in others and in yourself.
I love this. I was in animation school and was being swallowed by darkness as I couldn't maintain my life and learning this new skill. This is so inspiring. Ty ❤️ 🙏

Seems so simple. Just sometimes need the reminder. I do miss the connection to "art" & "creativity" that I had when I was young, life so busy now. I feel like life is so much responsibilities, but I also know I am following my heart on a daily basis. Amazing how calm this made me feel. I can go to sleep now.

I have allways been creating Art & creating in general since I was a small child. I have stopped recently painting and drawing because I never feel my art is hepfull .but this has awakened the idea within my heart.
That if my Artworkcould change the heart of one person.then that is enough 🌱🦋❤

Exactly how I feel. I asked my guides everyday to tell me what should I do next? Am I going in the right path or am I lost? Am I making the right decision or I got blinded? Am I fighting for my rights or I was being misled? Is there an end to this or this is my end? Part of me says trust your instincts and your guides are with you. But I wish they can talk to me and tell me it's gonna be alright.
Trust your heart. And you’re guides are ALWAYS with you. I’m here to tell you everything is going to be alright. No matter what. You are ETERNAL, & you are an infinite spark of Divine Light! ✨💞✨
In my experience, that uncertainty and constant self doubt is exactly caused by not trusting my heart, being separated from it. It is so hard to know what our heart ACTUALLY wants, and not some false desire coming from a false place, because we have so often ignored it when it was closer.

this feel like it was meant for me the art was my love since the age of 2 ...i always had a sketchbook and colouring pencils with me until i went to school and teachers suffocated in me that ... especially art teachers. I lived in war i haven't had good surname i was heavily mistreated. I am 42 now went to art university experienced even uglier things. And I was left with what is the point? I feel inexpressible i feel i have ideas coming to go out but something is blocking them
