Rosa is pretty niche
But she is pretty damn good at that niche. I've only used her a couple of times and I gotta say, she can hit hard with her s2 and I mean REALLY HARD especially against those Artillery Targeteer and Imperial Strikers
Her skill 3 is also deceptively powerful.
It can shred enemies and the sp cost is rather low.
Best of all,
She's like the 2nd best counter to the Artillery drones
Rosa is a policy of the best crowd control is long range and dead.

Aside from Eyja she is one of the 6 star operators that had no skin for the longest amount of time.

As someone who loves Rosa and tries to use her as much as possible: There are certain levels that Rosa is too hard to use, but there is a lot she is too good! Personally, my greatest achievement with Rosa was coming up with risk 18 strategies were she was one of the main operators for it to work, and I am so so happy with the results!
She can harpoon those annoying Tiacao Ritualists when they spawn on the red box.
What skill should I invest for general use?
@@user-iz9gr9cv9r Most times I use her S3, it's just more convenient and with the short cooldown, you can you use a lot of times in the same battle.
Her S2 is a close second, because she hits harder and the skill lasts longer, so something to consider later on 😉👌
I also had her in my R18 strategy. I used her to bind those slippery hologram guys and kill them on the spot as well as contribute some DPS to the Brave crocs.
looking at her base skills reminded me that i havent replaced the R6 ops ever since their event
only time I took them out was to M3 Ash and Frost's skills.

That depends on if you want to build a Sniper than can pierce defenses and bind enemies in place, all while being elegant in the process. Also, she needs hugs. Lots of hugs.

Her stun animation make me worry about her...
She was one of my first 6 Stars, and while she was clunky to use at times, I always found her useful as I progressed through story.
But now that I've started challenges, the stun is very useful
(I'm looking at you, CC#6)
As someone whom she has saved from R8-8 and CM, she decimated all those artillery drones faster than my Eyja at M3. She's not meta, but oh boy, she's fun to use against beeg bois. ♥️
Edit: I also had a lot of fun using her in 5-10 CM and H7-4. Very nice experience.

Rosa helped me a lot in Russian stages especially against those Imperial targeteers 😆. I have no regret for M3-ed her 3rd skill for 4 binding shoots 👍.

She's next on my E2 list and got her potential 2 on this banner. Rosa will work wonders with my Pinecone, who can also ignore enemy DEF. Give your Ursus students some love, Doctors. All of them are pretty good.

Just got her from an off banner pull, looks pretty good if you can find a good spot for her. I imagine she's pretty good in annihilation downtown sense it works pretty well with her range.

I like Rosa but my yellow certs is reserved for Suzuran whom I've been waiting for a while now. Maybe she'll spook me on other banners. I'll probably pass this banner or roll for the guarantee hoping to get her. NTR, Gnosis and Ling are my priorities.

She is very useful in an episode 8 stage where you farm blue gel - she can kill the boss almost singlehandedly, while Surtr deals pitiful damage due to very high RES.
I use her all the time. Very useful.

I have a question since she is my only 6 stars sniper operator who are the operators that get the damage buff from her second talent? Because it says the ussgg thing but like it only works with those? If the unit is from ursus will the buff work??
Do the other USSG ops need to be deployed in respective Base rooms to work so Rosa's first Base skill works, or just having other USSG ops is fine enough and the more you have the effect stacks?
Spooked by her during Skalter banner. Now I know if I would use her since she or Toddifons were my 2 options for a besieger.
Also, I may have jinxed my self using a wrong operator as gacha catalyst at that banner (still got chalter after 120+ pulls), still thankful for that Swordmaster-lord that I was still able to complete those 4 ursus operators.

You can actually use her in most maps, she's best used with s3 m3, I finished chapter 1-7 without silverash nor eyja. Just her damage
I just got her while chasing Hoshi pots on Pallas banner and I'm already using her more compared to Saileach(because Myrtle) >_

I main crown control teams, if you pair Rosa S3 with a team of crowd controllers, there is no need of using any blockers. Her S3 is stronger than what it shows on paper.

At first I didn't bother about her since her range is kinda awkward and she can be really niche
But after some experiment from friends' support, I really liked her stun and her skill damage can get really ridiculous especially against heavy enemies
She still isn't my priority operator to get, but will gladly build her all the way to E2
one of the best sniper against armored enemies

When I first got Rosa and not Eyja at the standard banner I was like "Fuck my luck man, I got someone useless". And the. When I saw her skin I was like "Oh damn, she's damn pretty.

Hate to break to you, but she’s in middle school. Then again, Hai Mao did confirm that every race has its unique lifespans with a different process of maturity than the people of our world, which is why operators' and characters' ages are not stated in-game.
@@CherryAnime203 supposedly, in China (and maybe Russia? Could someone confirm?), middle school is between 4th/5th and 12th grade, so a 17-yr-old can still technically be in middle school. That's why all the Ursus girls have a spectrum of ages while all being in middle school. Supposedly, of course.

What they call high school in America we call 'higher grades of middle school', but generally it doesn't matter at all. Most people think S3 is just for the bind, thinking that the attack increase seems quite low, but the dps increase is actually really good since it essentially more than doubles her attack speed.
