I think, the reason why there are no ashtrays outside of Scientology buildings is because the ashtrays are on the RPF. Hear me out:
The ashtrays after suffering horrific abuse by Scientologists for decades, being shouted at to STAND UP and SIT DOWN ON THAT CHAIR decided to revolt.
They where warned by the ethics officer to stop back flashing and go back on their post. But those darling little ashtrays had enough and did not listen. Thus the ethics officer had no choice, but put them all on the RPF.
At least, that seems the most realistic, considering we are talking about Scientology 🤣😂👨🍳

Chicago city ordinance requires smokers to be a certain distance away from main entrances to public buildings. You can't have ashtrays. I like "Spoils My Spam". Praying for myTony.

I smoked so much while I worked in the SO, so did everyone I worked with. I can’t imagine being made to smoke outside on a schedule in the 70’s. You were a minority if you didn’t smoke.

As an outsider I always think of Scientology's peak as being in the late '80s/early '90s when they were advertising Dianetics on daytime TV.
And as someone raised Catholic, the Catholic Church doesn't particularly like to be "and-also" any more than CoS does, so yeah if Bijou's daughter is receiving a Catholic sacrament that's that.

It is very difficult to quit smoking I smoked since verye arly age and sadly at my age 62 most of my teeth have to be removed despite that I has stopped smoking since 2005.

You can't just receive communion in the Catholic Church. Things must be done.

Bijou you need to give her grace just like you would anyone else leaving Scientology? I consider her a battered wife I guarantee you she was under a whole bunch of mind control, and look at the circumstances. She grew up in. What chance does she have? I’m glad she found another church. Religion can be helpful and at least she’ll be able to make up her own mind on a bunch of other stuff now.
