    Paris, France - 01 July 2024
    1. Various of French far-right leader Marine Le Pen arriving at her party's HQ
    2. Wide of Stanford University Professor and far-right researcher Cécile Alduy
    3. SOUNDBITE (English) Cécile Alduy, Stanford University Professor and far-right researcher:
"The National Front was ostracized from the political spectrum because of antisemitism and racism. And since she's been at the helm of the party, she has tried to smooth out the rhetoric, embrace a kind of democratic, rhetoric, secularism, women's rights even. And so she has managed to change the image of the party. And since 2012, it's been a constant rise, in the ballot box and in the polls. With this in mind, we also have to add that, the political landscape has changed. And as she smoothed out, she has embraced a more mainstream, efforts. Other parties on the right have started to copy her vocabulary or arguments or themes."
    4. Le Pen entering her HQ
    5. National Rally party leader Jordan Bardella arriving
    6. SOUNDBITE (English) Cécile Alduy, Stanford University Professor and far-right researcher:
"So they have, presented themselves as a ticket in, in the American sense of, you know, a president and the prime minister. So Marine Le Pen, is vying for the presidency, while Jordan Bardella wants to become prime minister. They are completely in line politically. There's not a single issue in which they diverge. And to be honest, in Jordan, Bardella is the creation of Marine Le Pen. He has been made by her and is extremely loyal. So there is very little dissension in that party. It's a party with tremendous amount of discipline and respect for hierarchies. Therefore, you know, Marine Le Pen is is the top Jordan Bardella just under, and they go hand in hand with the strategy of presenting a ticket to the French voters."
    7. Bardella talking to the press
    8. SOUNDBITE (English) Cécile Alduy, Stanford University Professor and far-right researcher:
"He's extremely young and attracts young voters. He has 1.6 million followers on TikTok, I think. He's almost a rock star among his fans, apart from this attractiveness of the persona of this young man. He comes from the suburbs of Paris. And so he's been forging this storytelling about, you know, being raised in the suburbs and seeing the suburbs being submerged by an immigrant population. So here's a live example of what the National Rally wants to fight against, which is immigration. And also it, you know, his name is Bardella. He comes from an Italian family, sort of family of immigrants, but the right kind of immigrants for the National Rally."
    9. Bardella talking to the press
    10. SOUNDBITE (English) Cécile Alduy, Stanford University Professor and far-right researcher:
"His lack of experience and even competence should be a deterrent for voters. There seems to be such a huge detestation of Emmanuel Macron and his politics right now that voters think there is a chance to change that, to really shake the system and people who are disaffected by current politics as they were done think, 'well we've not tried this'. And maybe actually this virginity, this lack of experience, is almost an asset in a paradoxical way."
    11. Bardella entering his party HQ
    STORYLINE:
France's far-right National Rally and its opponents scrambled on Monday to capitalize on an indecisive first round of voting a day earlier ahead of the final vote on 7 July.
She inherited the party, then called the National Front, from her father, Jean-Marie Le Pen, who has multiple convictions for racist and antisemitic hate speech.

What a great time for France politics, bring in the right. Twist the narrative however you like, there is nothing wrong with using common sense and having a sense of nationalism for your country!

Jesus is the best candidate. ❤ *I [vote] for God's Kingdom.* Each will be given a choice to keep placing your trust in human world leaders or elect a true King who has already shown us how much he loves you and what he will do on a global scale: feed the hungry, heal all sickness, everyone will build a home, not live in a small apartment but a real house with an acre lot. The best thing of all is no wicked men, women, or children to fear in any part of the planet. Peace at last! Who will you [vote] for?

The narrator talks about how LePen is against racism. Yet and still in the same breath she talks about this other young political hopeful that is considered "the right kind of immigrant". That is one of the most racist things anyone could say about another person.
When you say that a person is considered "the right kind of immigrant" that has a lot of history and meaning behind such a statement.
