Goat milk doesn’t taste nearly as weird as you’d think. In fact you might not be able to tell it apart blind testing it, might just think it’s an organic grass fed cow milk or something.
I have stopped buying and drinking animals' milk. Cows, goats etc, their milk is for their babies, Not me, Not us. Animals milk actually cause humans to develop lethargy, stomach discomfort and milk-loving cancers gradually. I turned to Soy Milk, rice milk etc, seriously one of BEST choice ever. They taste very nice, does not harm the animals and does me great yummm.

The grassy taste comes from not cleaning the goats udders well enough and not getting the milk chilled fast enough.

goats eat a lot of weeds that cows don't so I would guess it would be more grassy / herb taste most brush has a lot of nutrients as well
