Two Types of Rowing: Lying and Standing

- The Lying Row is a great exercise that focuses on the back muscles, targeting the Latissimus Dorsi and involving other muscles such as the
Posterior Deltoid, Teres Major, and Trapezius assist in the movement.
On the other hand, the standing row engages these muscles too, but even more so targets a group of muscles isometrically.
