    Luv the fact that they have taken street food to the next level by making it extremely nutritious by adding a large serving of nutrient-dense microgreens instead of just using lettuce. Lets hope that the western world follows this trend,..

    If they use more eggs, it will cost more to wrap the omelet nicely, so they use that grid pattern pancake to cut the cost..

      Yeah it appears to be for structure and nothing else. Kinda like reinforced concrete, the egg is fine until it tears, and with fat helpings of tofu and rice it is smart. Functional, but at no way aesthetically useful.
      An engineer type mind must have come up with this dish

    Need to make the final tuck beneath rather than on top. You're covering up the lattice design.

      Zulliantiger some don’t like the texture. For me if you try tofu, or deep fried it’s definitely good as it absorbs flavour quickly
