    생산할때 아쉬운점이 있다면.. 커터칼말고 주방칼로 컷팅하고 플라스틱 자가아니라 스텐자로 변경하고 꽈배기 모양잡을때 맨손으로 하지말고 주방용 라텍스장갑 착용하고 위생적으로 만들면 더 좋을듯..

    The term 'street food' is used broadly these days.
    Just because this bread will be sold on the street doesn't mean it's a street food. I'd call a bakery/boulangerie as street food then if it's the same case.

    와, 만드는 환경도 깨끗하고 진짜 베이커리 느낌처럼 판매량도 엄청 날 것 같아요. 그램수 체크해서 비슷한 용량으로 맞추는 것도 대단하고 중간에 반죽에 버터인가 치즈를 덧붙여 발라서 좀 달달해지는지 설탕은 따로 안 묻히네요. 먹어보고싶당😋

    저는 이런 생산과정올려주시는게 다른의미로 넘 감사드려요. 저는 우유 계란알러지를 심하게 앓고있는데 사실 기간은 오래되지 않아서
    여전히 헷갈리기도 하고, 아는맛이라 참기 힘들기도 하거든요. 누가봐도 계란 우유를 쓸것같은 메뉴는 저도 알지만 전문가가 아닌 이상 헷갈릴수 있는 메뉴들이 나올때면 하나 배워가는것같아 더 유익하고 재밌게 볼수있어요. 모든 영상 잘보고있습니다😎

    기계가 반죽을 밀어주니 공정이 굉장히 빠르고 쉬워졌네요. 예전에 제빵학원에서 손으로 미니까 오래걸리고 힘들던데...

    I like how the sales clerk at the end had gloves on, but none of the kitchen staff did. You never know the hygiene of the folks in the kitchen.

      johnrpan that’s because it’s not required on food that is about to be cooked. Since the sales clerk sells the end product as is, it is required to wear a glove if he is to touch the product.
