Sunday Vlog : Making Lunch, Carne de Porco à Alentejana, Oreo Ice Cream, Vila Franca do Campo

Welcome Back! Hope you all had a good week! In today's video I made lunch, Oreo Ice Cream and we went to Vila Franca do Campo. Before going home we stopped to have coffee by the lighthouse in Ponta Garça.
For Lunch I made Carne de Porco à Alentejana. It's pork meat with clams and potatoes! It seems like a strange combination but it's delicious! Here's the recipe for that!
Carne de Porco à Alentejana:
(Quantity varies according to how many servings you want, I use about the same amount for each of these three main ingredients! I had about 800gramas meat, about 3 to 4 cups potatoes and 3 to 4 cups clams. This was enough for 5 servings)
- Potatoes, peeled and chopped to bite size pieces
- Pork meat, marinated and cut to bite size pieces
- Clams
- 1 onion, diced
- 3-4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 bay leaves
- drizzle of olive oil
- 2 tbsp pimenta moída
- 2 tbsp tomato Pure
- 1 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- white ground pepper q.b.
- salt if needed ( only after adding in all ingredients )
- 2 tbsp whiskey
- 3/4 cups white wine
- 1 cup water

I also wanted to make my Oreo Ice Cream that I usually make every year. It's so simple and nice to have as a dessert on a hot day!
Oreo Ice Cream Recipe:
- 600ml heavy whipping cream
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 packs of Oreos (about 32 cookies)
- 1 pack of Oreo to decorate ( about 10 cookies)
